Had many saucepans over last 50odd years, many R Hobbs, this is probably best yet. Bought specifically to hold S/Steel steamer which fits into it snugly, so no escaping steam. Excellent non stick quality when used for making mash with frozen cubes (anything for an easier life!). The exterior of pan does not dull after going in dishwasher as do other brands. But in all honesty this pan cleans so easily and quickly when hand washing. Pretty design and well balanced handle.
