Was yum!
Lovely stuff! A bit too sweet for me but everyone else loved it. Worth a try.

Yummm....awesome Orange Marmalade
I've been looking for a bitter marmalade with lots of rind. This fit the bill. Fruit is first on the ingredient list then sugar - nothing else. Not a bunch of crap in it as it should be. Taste is amazing. I like to tase the fruit, not sugar and I'm very pleased with this product. Yes, it is damn pricy. Trying to make it a treat but it is just too good to not have more often that a "treat."

The best…..
Still the best bitter orange marmalade, true bitter oranges, not over sweetened, excellent.

Not properly sealed.
Do not bother. Item arrived with jam oozing out of plastic bag. The top of jar was loose. It had no seal on outside or inside and top came off easily. Totally exposed and oozing out. Maybe it was previously opened.

Sicilian Mandarin is the best for flavor & texture (out of the five flavors)
This are all great quality and delicious, but I tried all six flavors and rank them as follows: 1. Sicilian Mandarin has the perfect combination of sweet and bitter along with body (if you like peels, as I do) 2. Bitter orange, is similar to Mandarin, but has a slightly more watery consistency, perfect for spreading easily on bread, but not as much peel as in the Mandarin flavor 3. Lemon, very good, but not as rich a flavor profile as Mandarin or Bitter Orange, also more watery 4. Sicilian Orange flavor has a very mild flavor, no bitterness at all. Yummy, but lacks pizzazz. 5. Clementine does not stand out from the others, seems to lack flavor and bitterness and texture compared to others

STILL the best orange marmalade ever!
This bitter orange marmalade is the best and Taylor's Market is the best, since the preserves came much quicker than I was expecting. This is my 3rd or 4th jar, and I now have a backup jar and not worried about running out. I think I mentioned in an earlier review that it is especially good on buttered sourdough toast (or not toasted). Don't laugh or grimace or whatever, but I've even put a little in my coffee for a different sort of treat. Oh, and I save the jars, rinse them well in hot water, dry them and then keep some of my art supplies and pencils in them. I love the beautiful label.

Very tasty, but less bitter than I was hoping for.
Very tasty. But not cheap.

Good but too sweet
Very nice orange taste but would be better if less sugar was added so that the bitter orange flavor would come to the fore. My search for a true bitter orange marlmade continues.
