Marchesi Di San Giuliano Marmalade, Bitter Orange, 16.2 Ounce

I've been looking for a bitter marmalade with lots of rind. This fit the bill. Fruit is first on the ingredient list then sugar - nothing else. Not a bunch of crap in it as it should be. Taste is amazing. I like to tase the fruit, not sugar and I'm very pleased with this product. Yes, it is damn pricy. Trying to make it a treat but it is just too good to not have more often that a "treat."

It may seem counterintuitive, but the Italians are the best at marmalade. It’s absolutely luscious, not overly sweet, and so bright and sunny. I am not sharing.

Save your money, time and efforts. Buy something else, Not, what you're looking for.There are not pieces of orange peel in this product as they say. Other brands which are half or less than then half are considerably tastier.

Perfect lemon taste and just right tartness.

Wow! This marmalade is truly yummy.

We especially like this marmalade with honey goat cheese on wild rice pancakes.

Very nice orange taste but would be better if less sugar was added so that the bitter orange flavor would come to the fore. My search for a true bitter orange marlmade continues.
