Suspension Prevention: Get Reinstated and Protect Your Amazon Seller Account

I think I may have been the first buyer of this book. If not first, I was very close to it. Before my review, though, to get details out of the way: I purposely paid full price for this book, as I wanted the review to be completely unbiased. It was well worth the money to me.This is a book about how to get and maintain a clean Amazon selling account and how to avoid the problems that have been proliferating lately iwith Amazon's seeming zeal to suspend so many third-party sellers. Cynthia explains much of what goes on behind the scenes at Amazon and some of the reasons for the sudden surge of suspensions. She tells you WHERE to look to see what surprises your "clean"-looking account might hold. She gives good advice about 1) how to find the issues and 2) how to respond to them.Although I am happy to say that my account has never been suspended, I know that even seemingly small issues that have occurred in the past could come back to haunt me, and to the end of preventing that unhappy day from ever happening, I am working on carefully implementing the strategies Cynthia espouses in this book.This is a very readable book. The advice is not only down-to-earth, but it's also written in a way that lets you know she understands the problems you might be having. NEVER a "holier-than-thou" word is to be seen in this book. It's written in a way that the reader can easily feel like she is talking to a good friend, not taking instructions from upon high. No doubt the fact that Cynthia is also a third-party seller plays into this understanding attitude a good bit.I definitely recommend this book for anyone who has an Amazon seller account and wants to keep it. At the very least, it could save your account from suspension and the horrible difficulty of regaining your selling privileges, once a suspension occurs.Read it and heed it. You will be glad you did.

Seems like a bit over the top scare tactics to try and sell some very expensive services. I'm sure a lot of the advice is good but, at every turn, there is a warning of how easily you can lose your entire business for no reason. I've known a lot of people who were shut down and then made a comeback.I also have a very good friend who is highly successful on Amazon, got shut down and paid a lot of money to this author and got no results.The book is worth the buy but just remember the author is using this as a sales tool to sell a service.

This book is outdated. It was written in 2015 and 3rd Party selling practices change on Amazon on a monthly basis. Sometimes, even daily.And it is mostly written for Fulfilled by Merchant sellers. If you are a Fulfilled by Amazon Merchant you will get less than nothing, from this book.Sellers on Amazon can gain more by just reading the Seller Forums.

I agree with the other reviewers that any Amazon seller, big or small, needs to read this book. I intend to study it and commit to memory. I also agree that it's just plain scary at times. Cynthia pulls no punches and describes the tricks and tactics of the "evil seller." She basically says, "Yes, honey, the monster is real and here's how you deal with it." Then, she hands you a big stick.

Recommended for all ecommerce newbies. The author is genuine and the real deal. The book is a voice of reason and experience in a world flooded with mediocre advice and get rich quick schemes.

This book helped me stop seemingly innocent practices that could cost me my seller account. It's also prompted me to diversify my business beyond Amazon. It is full of helpful information to avoid getting shut down. It dives into the bots, which are a blessing and a curse. So much information, I had to read it twice. I only wish it were available in audible format.

If you sell on Amazon, you need to read this book. Helpful, specific steps to keep your account in good standing. The book is also well written, with many real life case studies from the clients that Cynthia has helped.

Haven't had any issues yet with suspensions or warnings as an Amazon seller, but this information is very good to know for preventing problems. You'll learn a lot about how to maintain a healthy seller account and what you should be watching for as warning signs of potential problems.

Cynthia knows her stuff. A must for every Amazon seller.
