Very happy with them. I was worried they'd be to small, but they fit like a glove, lol. They seemed very stiff when I fit pulled them out of the box; but after a few minutes of washing them in running hot water (with my hands in them) seemed to break them in and make them more flexible. Used them with my Kamado grill and they worked great, my hands and wrists were fully protected from the heat.

My first smoker gloves were bought quickly & actually got a little damaged my first use when I touched the hot grates while moving some things around. After that experience, I wanted to find the BEST such gloves I could find, and I'm glad I found these. They're a little longer than my first ones, and they're rated for much higher heat.

Very good heat resistance. Bought these many for the BBQ pit but also bake bread in a cast iron Dutch oven. Had the oven up to 500 degrees and had the pans in there a good 1/2 hour. Tested by taking out one of the pans by the handle and held on for a good 30 seconds. Felt some warmth after about 10 seconds but nothing close to uncomfortable held on for 30 seconds felt more heat but again not to the point of burning or uncomfortable. Flexible enough to grab things. The only issue there is an inner glove that pulls out of the fingers sometimes when I take it out. Then you have to get the fingers on the inner glove to line up with the outer glove. Not a big issue just a little annoying but this seems to be improving as I use them. Only used them 3-5 times so can’t tell you the ease to clean because haven’t had to clean them yet.My son bakes bread a lot more than me and he had issues with his gloves, not these, in handling the cast iron pans. I was so impressed with these I bought him a pair.

Fantastic gloves! I bought these for my husband to use on his new smoker. You can’t feel a bit of heat through them. They still have a good grip on them so they don’t compromise your dexterity, and are super easy to clean!

Overall great gloves

I got a different brand before that had started to show melt in the 1st week. These have held up great for several weeks so no complaints there. BUT, the right glove interior lining doesn't match up with the glove exterior - fits poorly, much unlike the left glove. In a pinch I had to turn the glove inside out to get my fingers in real quick before a burnout. I sent the seller a message just as quick without response so I'm going to try a different product next set. Too bad, could have been a repeat customer! I imagined a new pair every other month

This is a great product performance wise. It handles heat very, very well. It is also waterproof to protect from hot liquids, for example, juices from bbq meat right off the grill . I have had issues with the other cloth types of grill gloves with hot liquids. Seems like these are well made, and also extend up the forearms for added protection. The only possible downsides, are they run a tad small, they are fairly thick, and bulky, they are a little more expensive than some others, and since the outer portion is neoprene, it is somewhat more likely to slip. For me, these downsides are all acceptable to get the great performance. All in all, they work very well for what I use them for.

Worked perfect for camping over a fire. Was able to remove a cast iron pan from the fire along with move logs with ease.
