Use precaution when using any type of pressure cookers,
I received the 6 qt Pressure slow cooker, I am disappointed because there was no operational manual with the cooker. It is most difficult to operate any appliance without instructions on how to use the appliance. I attempted to contact the seller to acquire such a manual, but was told that no manual was available, This makes no sense to me. Had I known this, I would have bought another well known brand which supplies a manual of instructions.

Item fell apart on first use.
I bought this item for my son, who moved into his new home last Wednesday, Feb. 3 2021. He used ur for the guest time today and it literally fell apart. the plastic water collector melted as well S other unfortunate things. I can’t upload the picture he sent. I am angry, disappointed and saddened, because I wanted everything to be wonderful in his first home. He is 25 and this is a milestone. I shall never purchase from this company again.

Mama’s life saver!
I sometimes work late and when I get home I don’t have time to defrost and cook. But using my pressure cooker I can make a full pot roast from frozen dinner with potatoes and carrots from raw in 20 minutes.
