I'm Must Be Immune To This Effect As "Roly-Poly
I've taken 4 a day with no effects on curbing hunger, still thinking about what I'm going to eat in the next 15 min every other 15 min lol. I will update this review as maybe it takes a while to alert my system on what it's trying to do .... hmmmYou're better of eating oatmeal than taking these at the moment. I like this brand as other products work, but this one is just not doing it for me.

After the gelatin capsule finishes dissolving in your stomach, Drink More Liquid!
The doctor suggested psyllium for a bit of urgency and incontinence. Theoretically, by solidifying any diarrhea and/or creating greater bulk, that makes it easier for the backside-muscles to have control on whether anything comes out or not.Doctor also suggests "Don't turn 50."Concerned about psyllium creating an intestinal blockage. Psyllium is not very appropriate for people that are disinterested in drinking the extra liquid that psyllium intake requires. On a related note, 1 capsule a day makes a difference. One is the loneliest number, so 2 is better. The label suggests taking up to 6 capsules per day, but that would be so much bulk, it sounds like it must be dangerous.5 stars, just because I like Now brand supplements. I'd like this one even better if it were Whole psyllium seed instead of just the husk, and if it were Organic. Whole seed probably has some oils that would require refrigeration so it doesn't get rancid; husk doesn't need refrigeration. The problem with a bag of psyllium powder "without capsules" is that a powder-product is easier to take too much, and the powder sticks to your teeth for the better part of an hour, but it is available as whole seed and / or organic. The problem with putting the powder into a capsule is that a clump-in-a-capsule is easier to create a blockage in your intestines. So, a few minutes after taking a capsule(s), Drink More Liquid!

Doctor's Order
I buy these from Amazon because it's doctor's strongly recommendations. I've had no side effects at all.

Too big
These pills are just a little larger than other brands I’ve purchased, which makes them difficult to swallow. Also, I don’t like the design on the cap, it doesn’t stay closed well.
