Not to long ago at work we had to move some big heavy meatal door's and i think thats where i started feeling a Scarry Pain in my Elbow i had the pain for around a week and a half or 2 weeks and im telling you i was starting to get scared cause i need my elbow feeling good and normal, im a professional painter so it was really bothering me Emoticonaly and painfuly i ordered this elbow brase Hoping it would Relive my pain. Man i wore it for about a week and the pain was gone... The pain was so gone i dont even wear it any more. I still have the brase. Price was great the plus was 2 came in the box. The other one i have is still new in the box and the one i was wearing is just like new still. Its a little uncomfortable at first but let me say this, thats because its doing what its suposed to be doing. Befor i got the brase, when i Would lay down on my bed and strech my arm out. I could not strech it out all the way because of the pain. I was even scared when my daughters would get close to me and bump into my arm im talking about i was hurting. This brase is wounderful. Looks good feels good even thow it may feel a little tight at first. I would leave it on until i could not bear with it being tight, then i would take it off for a while then put it back on i would also sleep with it on "same" i would take it off when i could not bear it being tight. Then put it back on. Let me say this. Tight is how it suposed to feel, they give you the size you need by measurements of your bycep'sand 4 inches above your elbow. Man it worked great i didnt think it would take my pain away i just thought if it could help me cope with the pain it would be good for me i was really surpised the pain was gone. If you have elbow pain buy it! I Strongly Recomend. Just do follow the instructiones they give you on picking the right size for you. 5 Stars

Read the reviews and bought a medium. Glad I did. It fit just right. Not too tight but the right amount of compression. Helps with my inflamed elbows. It's a little on the thicker side but made of breathable material.

I mostly do high volume and weighted calisthenics (1000+ combined reps per session), and these are great for general support. Never used these before, but after a few tendons related injuries(which I sorta recovered from) I wanted something that would give that little bit of compression/support I felt I needed. Had a few training sessions since I got them, and they are good. Right thickness, stays in place once you put them on. Personally didn’t have to adjust them once put on. I don’t know how long they will hold up for(compression/elasticity) but so far so good. Also if you have a specific tendon issues and need a compression in particular spots(those of you who got them know what I mean) I don’t think these will be the best choice , but if you need some general support(perhaps preventive measure of a sort) these are good. Also they feel/look decent quality, not cheaply made. Very good value for the money.

The tennis elbow pain flames up as I started rebuilding a 76 Jeep. I needed something. I tried the little arm bands and got zero relief. My daughter told me I needed a compression sleeve so to tried these. It brings instant relief to my tennis elbow. In fact, sometimes in the middle of the night I’m woken up by the pain. So I get up, put the sleeve on and it relieves the pain. It is sometimes painful for me to put the sleeve on but then it subsides. These sleeves are great!

They’re made well, sturdy fabric. However, the medium was too tight and cut off a bit of circulation. Okay for an exercise workout, however to restrictive for sleeping.

I hurt my left elbow so bad I couldn't use my hand and the arm was in pain from the middle of the forearm up to the middle of my bicep and it was all in pain but there was an intense stabbing pain in the elbow. It was like that for weeks with no improvement.These were a life saver! Right off they were very snug and comfy and helped keep the arm stable at a slight bent angle similar to a sling. They were comfy to wear almost all the time but I’d take it off once in a while to let skin indentation go away and to scratch (wife says my itchy skin is my fault not it’s.)So after 2 weeks with this on each day was better and better until I would forget if the sleeve was on or not!Highly recommend.
