It is 293 pages with over 80 songs. It has the vocal, guitar chords and words to the songs so it has the two cleft and the bass below. For an accomplished pianist or a very good piano player, the songs will be fun & easy to play. This is not a big note book, as some adult piano players prefer. The notes are standard size but the notes are not one on top of each other either. I recommend this book for adults (or young adults) with interest on the 1950-60 hits songs. I gave it a 5 star because it is an excellent copilation of 50-60's songs that I wanted to have for a long time just to play for fun. I'm an intermediate player only.Magda
