Anthony’s premium butter powder is a wonderful product. Anthony’s products are great and I always try to buy from them first. Once I forgot to put butter with my mac & cheese and I used Anthony’s powdered butter and it actually tasted better than adding real butter.

This was not exactly what I was hoping for. The taste is not what I wanted. I've added it to mashed potatoes and sprinkled it on greens beans, and other things. So far this product does not make me do the happy dance. I will continue to experiment with it and if I change my mind about the product I will let ya'll know. I really wanted to give this four stars, but just can't do it. Jlizz
