Not perfect, but excellent
This makes things so much easier. The top line tracks the date (not sure the purpose of that) and the turn (useful for an effect that lasts a set number of turns). To the left you have the initiate scores, grouped. It’s easy to get it all organized, even if you go around the room rather than calling by group. To the right you have space for the creature, their ac, attack (may take more than one line per creature) damage and hp. I was foolish and did one line per creature with a pencil HP and that got tricky for creatures with more than one attack. I would have liked space to write a bit more about the attack, so instead of +2 I’d like a space for “Bite. Constitution save vs poison DC 12” or something like that. The second area is for mobs of an enemy type. The above can be used for this, but for large numbers, having the details in simple columns is easier. Again, would have liked a little more space for details. It’s convenient to have all the data in one place. I would have been fine with this being a two-page spread. The bottom is, perhaps, larger than it needed to be. I could sacrifice some of this space to get room for details on the enemy abilities and attacks. It’s the character name, ac, perception, HP, and conditions, including death saving throws. I don’t know why there are two columns for that last. This lets you manage combat efficiently and easily and keep the game moving along. I struggle with tracking it all quickly, so having a tool like this is great.

Great format, need a couple of minor tweaks
Love the format. As long as I'm dealing with a small party, it's easy to use. I can easily fill in details I always use and keep track of everything! However, it's hard to use the backs of the pages, since the book doesn't open "flat". It might be better to have the pages perforated so I can easily pull them out to use them that way.

works great
This is so helpful, especially if you can plan the battle ahead.

Almost Perfect
This is excellent for Pre-gaming session set ups. Some big advantages over dry erase. I use for Pathfinder 2e.

Obviously designed by an experienced GM
This initiative tracker was made by someone with obvious gaming AND design experience. The layout is intuitive, and pretty much everything you would need to track during an encounter is given a space. The one thing I wish there was more of was space to track a second mob - though for the life of me, I honestly can't figure out how to add that without losing something important. I really can't recommend this product enough.

The paper inside is white, not this rustic beautiful cover.
The paper is thin and flimsy, it’s sorta like a poor man’s colouring book. It really is a shame.I wish I just got a pdf and printed it on higher quality paper myself, and perhaps at least have the colour like the cover and what is displayed.May end up returning this. The paper can't be taken out of the book, unless you use an exacto knife
