Very Salty
This product is "very" salty...just be warned. I'm sure it's more for adding to soups. I have not used it in that capacity yet, but looking forward to using it more as I learn a little more about whole plant-based diets.

The best soup I have ever made
I struggle with soups. I am a really good cook but soups and meat loaf are the bane of my existence. I read a review on this and ordered it to see if it made a difference. Put it in 12 bean soup which I cooked on the crock pot all day and the flavor was unbelievable. It is absolutely not only the best soup I have ever made, it is the best soup I've had. I'm next going to try it in my meat loaf - I have Celiac and cannot use bread crumbs so I get creative in what I mix in hamburger. I suspect the great flavor in the soup will also occur in the meat loaf. It does take a while for this to be delivered but it is well worth the wait.
