Tap Away
Needed this small/fine thread for my high power rockets to thread in nylon "shear pins" on my dual deployment rockets to prevent the payload bay from ejecting the main parachute.

Small shank diameter!
Tap works as it should, however the info details listed the size of the square end of the tap and not the actual shank diameter! I was hoping to use this in a tapping head with flexible collet, and the shank was too small to grip. Standard diameter is .140" but these are around .110". I was able to use these taps, just not in the tapping head. Stole a 2-56 from another setup and replaced it with this because that was a tap machine with drill chuck that could grip this diameter. Works fine. Wish the specs had included the actual shank diameter!!

Works as expected
Works well for my model trains. Square head is a bit small for my smallest tap wrench, but it holds well enough for my use. Tapping aluminum & plastic.

Just the Ticket
These taps were just the ticket to cut treads in holes on the bottom of magazine to secure a bumper pad that included screws with 4-40 threads. Cutting oil helps collect debris and minimize wear/friction.

Tap dat assymmetrical hole
Worked fine (so far) for over 15 usages. Competitors started faltering after 10.

These are very good taps
Since this is a pretty small size tap so I often break them. These taps have not broken. I've probably done 20 holes in copper pipe with no issues.

Little surprised
These little cutters rule! Bought several for I thought I would break them easy. Noe still on my first a few dozen holes later. (hand tapping!) Can't beat for the value.
