Excellent vitamin supplement for a healthy body

Good product and value. Not too big.

This high-dose B1 is free if harmful excipients. Most B1 supplements come in 50 mg capsules, so it's nice to have a clean, high-dose option available.

This is high quality thiamine. More expensive than others but worth it as I appreciate the lack of excipients and the use of gelatin caps - they go down and dissolve so much easier than veg caps. I wish these came in a smaller dose, however. I get plenty of effect from opening the capsule and taking 1/3 or 1/2 of this 500mg dose. Would rather take 100mg 3 times a day than a big hit of 500mg at once.

I chose this thiamine for its high dose, lack of excipients, and promise of quality. But with my last 4 purchases there have been glaring quality control issues that force me to now tell buyers to steer clear of this product. With each bottle there has been one or more thiamine capsules burst open, and every other pill came coated with foul tasting inner capsule contents. I tried to take the supplements anyway and soldier on but the potency also seemed nowhere near what I remembered, and have since switched to a different, lower dose product that gives me the mental and physical boost i remember. This company has lost my business and should probably be reported for poor quality control practices, I don’t believe their products are safe.

but i dint realize this form of b1 thiamine hcl is a synthetic version of b1 not the natural , good for short term use for getting body healed , with high doses for a short term like several months but need to find a natural version . as usual dr clarke store is pure and high quality .

Good way top get a higher amount of thiamine HCl. Many brands are only 100mg
