This is a fantastic product. It's very refreshing to see more products like this with very clear labeling and nutrition info. Every ingredient is laid out in full disclosure with no "proprietary matrix" hiding the dosages. All ingredients are clinically dosed amounts of compounds that scientifically backed to aid in workout intensity and help against muscle fatigue. The creatine dose - 3g - is on the low end of the 3-5 range so I do add about 2g of creatine post workout. I actually like this since there may be benefit to splitting the dosage pre and post. I recommend using a half scoop at first and slowly upping to a full scoop. Even with a half scoop in the beginning I did get a little light headed at first after a hard lift. Great, great preworkout- does what a great preworkout should, which is, help focus a little bit, activate a pump, and fire up your CNS.

An excellent pre workout. Completely transparent label so you know everything that is present, and in the exact quantity.It has a fair amount of caffeine at 350mg total which is a good jolt without being excessive IMO (some products out there are 400+), and there's no 1,3 or Yohimbe or DMHA so lots of energy without concerns over possible drug tests or poor side effects.Taste is okay. Not great, not bad, I'd recommend trying Watermelon instead maybe.

Nutra Bio is a great company. All products from a certified tested lab. All quality and all taste great. This is no exception. Not too much caffeine and nothing that makes you jumpy or tingling. Just enough focus..

Great pre workout. Can definitely feel a difference when I drink it however minus one star for chemical aftertaste

The dragon fruit flavor was great. I enjoy this flavor too but for some reason I'm getting a ton of anxiety and elevated heart rate from this flavor whereas I did not experience this with dragon fruit. Is it possible you guys botched the mix on this one? Something is definitely off.

When I take the stuff I have all three in sane super magnificent chest ripping clothes shredding workouts, LOL yes it’s that good go get you some !!

Bought this since it ranked #1 on a pre-workout review article with 20 brands compared. Very disappointed in what I got.I've tried 5-6 brands of pre-workout and this is by far the worst. The taste is horrible, the effects are mediocre, and I've never seen a consumable powder dissolve so poorly. Even HALF OF ONE SCOOP does not dissolve fully in a 16oz glass of water. The top of the glass will have a mound of chalky powder on top no matter how much you mix it. This means to take in one serving, you must drink about three 16oz glasses of water and that's a huge pain in the ass.Don't get hosed like I did, pick any other product than this one. I recommend Total War or Nitrosurge.
