There's not much to say here.The installation is kind of annoying, but if you follow the YouTube tutorial (link comes in some paper in the box; otherwise search for "AHG Hyper X The Cloud Stinger Ear pad Installation"), it's fine. They fit perfectly on my HyperX Cloud Stinger.They're a bit stiff compared to the original cups, but I've been wearing those for a year now. The material of these replacements seems to be similar, so I think they just need to be broken in. I expect things to be back to normal after a week of use.

I read some of the reviews that talked about how hard these were to install on the headset and found myself confused. I can only assume that these individuals must not have installed a steering wheel cover before. I was able to install each piece to the headset in a total of less than five minutes with each side properly secured. The pads are a hint thicker than the original pads on the HyperX Alpha headset, but that adds to the overall comfort of them. Slight breathability issues can make the pads a bit uncomfortable in a warm climate, but that would be the only negative that I have experienced so far.

PSA: the cups come small because they are meant to fit snuggly on your headset. I have a hyperx cloud II headset and bought these bc the cloth replacements I had already don’t isolate sound as well as the leather ones and I prefer to isolate outside noises like fans and A/Cs when I’m gaming. I think $18 is a bit much for the cups, bc I got my cloud IIs for like $50 but I didn’t want a new headset so I just got these. They’re a bit harder than the original leather ones and slightly thicker. BE AWARE, the material inside that covers the speakers is a thicker foam compared to the originals which does change the audio profile more than you’d think. But after doing research these are the closest replacements you’re gona find that change this minimally. (I also use voicemeeter so I can change my EQ if it’s really bothersome). That being said they are just as comfortable as the originals. I’d give them a 5 star if they were either a bit cheaper or were In distinguishable from the original sound wise. I’ll be doing more testing once I hop on some competitive games. But the audio is still clear, it’s just different. Worth buying if your leather cups are shedding and you don’t like the cloth ones.

It fit well and is still holding up after 3 years of heavy use. Adult use though no idea how well it will hold up with kids using it

These ear cushions do exactly as described. They fit perfectly on my HyperX Cloud 1 headphones, and are very comfortable to wear for long hours. The only issue I had was with the installation process, but that's a fault of the headphone design itself and not with this product. I recommend watching some videos on how to install these, as it can be tricky and feels like you're going to rip them trying to stretch them over the headphones

Watch a video to see how to install these pads, these notes won't make sense otherwise. A couple of important points - they fit snug so you have to tug on them pretty hard to stretch into place. You're going to worry that they'll tear - they won't. Also, inserting a finger into the pads from the "inside" and pushing outward to get the lip of the pad to slip into the groove on the headphones. Use the force!! or at least SOME force. They look as nice as the originals and feel great.

Old ear pads started flaking. Ordered new ones. These went on easy and feel great. Looks like new headphones.
