The usual quality we’ve come to expect in a simple figure eight layout. Easy as always to fit together in multiple configurations. Comes with a nice crossover switch piece and station. Seems to be a great starter set that he’ll use bigger layouts as he grows.

I love everything about this train set. It’s nice to roll around. All parts are marked with brio logo (not noticeable unless you look). My 2yo has loved it now for 6 months. We ordered an orbrium set recently and they fit well together. The brio feels a bit higher quality but I may just like it more bc it was our first train set.

Having recently unearthed a roughly 20 year old Brio set from a closet, I decided to purchase this Prime Day deal to supplement that set for the grandchild to play with down the road. The sets are compatible, but the older one has a much smoother finish on the track pieces than the newer one. I may have to sand a few splinters off the new track, but overall it's not terrible, just not as nice as the old track. The wheels on the new train were wobbly and seemed a bit too wide for the track. I experimented by squeezing one set of wheels together and found one side would slide down and stop with a pop. That made the wheels less wobbly and a better fit with the track, so I did that with all of them. The entire set is wood except for the plastic train wheels. For those who are concerned about such things, the packaging says made in China. The grandchild is not quite old enough to play with this yet. Will update on durability at that time, but it looks to be as sturdy as the old set so I'm not anticipating any problems.

Gift for friends grandson and he loved it. Brio never goes out of style. Recently found my boys Brio sets, which are now 40 years old, and just as good as they were then. My grandson loved the addition to his Brio. You can never go wrong with this toy. Started my grandson about 18 months and by 2 yrs he was building his own track. I can't say enough good things about Brio!!!

A starter set but beware we have a 1 oe 2 1.5^ft. box of Brio parts. They are addictive. New Lego's

Ottimo set per iniziare a giocare con i trenini. Regalato a mio figlio a due anni e mezzo, gia gli piaceva tirare il treno sui binari e fermarlo alla stazione. Ora ha tre anni ed abbiamo integrato con altri binari che ora riesce a comporre anche da solo. Qualita ottima e convincente anche il design. Il legno e' bello al tatto.

Brio porte bien son nom avec ses produits en bois car les jouets sont beaux et bien réalisés. La possibilité de rajouter, au fil des années, des éléments supplémentaire est très intéressant. On reste un enfant devant ces jouets et on espère même ne jamais grandir. Pour un prix attractif, il ne faut pas hésiter pour cet achat.

A great little starter set for my grandson. I wanted a train set that was all wood, except for the plastic, yellow wheels on the trains - this one is! Designed in Sweden and Made in the Czech Republic. Delivery was prompt, and the product did not disappoint.
