I’ve been using the COSRX Galactomyces 95 Tone Balancing Essence for a few months now, and it’s been a game-changer for my skin. The lightweight, watery texture absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling hydrated but not sticky.One of my favorite things about this essence is how gentle it is. COSRX makes excellent products and this one is no exception. This is moisturizing and refreshing and fresh and feels great on your skin. The value for your money can’t be beat. It’s much cheaper than you can find anywhere by far! I bought two! I also have other toners and an essence from them as well as snail products and centralla products that sooth the skin. Amazon sells these products at great prices and this one is one excellent skin product I own from them. After a an AHA/BHA chemical peel, I have been using this right after to add moisture to my skin that might have been robbed. You can use this daily if you have dry skin like myself to sometimes combination skin. I can’t see why others can’t use it as well. It’s gentle, not over moisturizing and sinks into the skin. It’s just right. I’ve never had it cause a blemish no matter what my hormones are doing or how oily or dry my skin is. You can skip it without problems for a few days or weeks and start up again.

This is not a fast acting thing. It’s lightened some of my facial dark spots a little, but not dramatically. However, the sun damage on my neck has had a much stronger effect. I do think my overall facial tone is a bit more uniform. I read that results can take a year. I think it’s well worth the price. I use it in combination with the snail mucin. After a few months of use I got several compliments about my youthful look. Not looking my age. Due to genetics this isn’t a completely new phenomenon, but it does seem more frequent.

I have been studying all about fermented/prebiotic/probiotic skincare lately and found some very interesting facts about the history of, its K beauty recommended usage, and its current popularity. My first purchase was Time Revolution by Missha. I do like it as a first step after cleansing, but despite the rave reviews not earth shattering for my mature dry skin. I became interested in some of the more "moisturizing toners", toning of my skin before using moisturizer and sunscreen (always) not being a step in my typical routine. So many brands, so many similarities! Well I chose this Cosrx because it had the ingredients I wanted and the price was great. After using it for the past 6 weeks or so, I can honestly say the results (and 6 weeks is just a bare beginning) are exciting; it goes on easily and is so light yet moisturizing. My pores seem to become less noticeable. My skin is sensitive and occasionally I get eczema in an area of my lower cheek. Usually I use a colloidal oatmeal preparation or hydrocortisone to speed healing, this time I took a chance (risk actually) and applied a little of this Cosrx to the area, under the usual eczema care, and it soothed and actually expedited healing! Cosrx goes on beautifully underneath my moisturizer, sunscreen, and makeup. No pilling whatsoever. But what I really like is how smooth and glowy my face looks after using it. While pores can't actually "shrink" (anatomically impossible) they can "appear" that way, and with this, they do. At this price and for what it does, plus how easy it is to add to my typical routine, I honestly recommend and will continue to use myself. Oh, and at 6 weeks, using 3-4 pumps twice a day, I've hardly made a dent in the amount of the bottle's contents. Give it a try!

This makes your skin so soft! It improves the moisture level! It doesn’t make your skin oily, or sticky. I can tell if I miss it for a day or two! It is great!

I love this product! Before this I was using a $50 serum for sensitive skin to reduce redness and help skin texture and I was "waiting" for the results. I bought this product as my first essence and WOW it immediately calmed down my redness after the first use and after only a couple of uses improved the texture of my skin. I was able to remove the serum step from my routine thanks to this! This is my second bottle and I do not see myself switching to another first essence EVER. The texture is a bit thicker than water and it does not leave my face sticky after applying (a little goes a long way - if I use too much product then my face is sticky for a while afterwards). Even though it has 95% galactomyces I do not find the smell unpleasant. The no frills plastic bottle with pump works really well and I have been able to travel with it with no leaks or issues thanks to the cap that covers the pump. Love it!

Bought this based on the reviews, and I've really been loving a lot of CosRX's products. This product has given me the smoothest skin of my life -- if you've ever had a chemical peel before, it's similar to when the peel has finally finished peeling and you have that super smooth, baby soft skin. It's incredible! There's no scent, it absorbs easily and quickly and leaves no tackiness, and other products sit on top beautifully. Two pumps allows me to fully get my entire face and neck, and the bottle itself is big & you get a lot of product.I have also applied this to my body on the areas I get KP (thighs, bum, arms) and it seems to have helped with that as well. Huge fan of this, and I've been telling everyone about it! Highly recommend if you want smoother, brighter, calmer, happier skin!
