I add this to my protein shakes. Easy to digest, with a nice mild, kind of nutty taste. It helps me get the omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids I need for overall health. It's not cheap, but it's priced a lot better on Amazon than it is at other places.

This is super great stuff, it’s a bit bitter so I got the pills as well. Help with your hair ( thickens it ) and your nails ( omg they are growing like 🔥) and your skin. I’ve been thru breast cancer plus Chemo and Radiation and numerous prescription meds. So I’m addition it’s never to late for these Omegs rich God sent oil that radiates from within. I love this stuff, with eating well, working out and cardio, this is a great addition to help your heart. If you’re huffing and puffing, even after doing what you can to stay well, try this out. Its best taken right off spoon, take it fast, taste is weird, but workable. Mix it with yogurts, smoothies, etc. some suggest cooking with it ?

I'm using this product to hopefully lower by cholesterol, which isn't that high but I'd like it lower nevertheless. Haven't had my cholesterol checked since I began it so I can't say either way if it is working. I mix the oil with a beverage because it really tastes nasty. Sometimes I even hold my nose as I'm drinking it so I won't taste it!

My husband loves this stuff and my sister who has nurtritionidt training thinks it’s the best oil on the market. Would give it a 5 star rating if it didn’t come with a portion of the oil leaking out of the bottle onto the box. Not enough to return it, but they might want to look at a way to keep this from happening.

I have been using this oil for 15 years and can highly recommend it. A spoonful a few hours before bedtime usually helps me sleep better somehow and a prostrate problem disappeared after I started using this. Took me a year to figure out it was the Udo's oil that made the longstanding problem disappear. In addition to the normal benefits of Udo's oil these additional benefits make the 2-4 spoonfuls a day very worthwhile for me. They now have Udo's oil with DHA which I will be trying soon. I usually order a few 17oz bottles at a time to get free shipping and then freeze them. I found I do not finish the 32oz bottles fast enough as you want to limit air exposure to the oil while opening and closing the bottle. They recommend finishing a bottle within a month which I never do, usually 6-8 weeks for me. Never shake the oil as this causes air bubbles. I turn it SLOWLY upside down and let it sit for a few minutes to let the bottom layer of oils mix with the lighter, clearer oils on top. Then turn it rightside up and pour out 1-2 TBLSP each morning and then at night - sometimes 1 midday now that I am retired.

Bought this to help with my health. For dry skin and digestive health. The flavor is not horrible, I taste the sunflower and sesame. I take it straight. Taste better than the mct oil. It's an oil. It goes down real smooth. And for the benefits, it is not bad price.

tastes good and not "oily". a good butter substitute. It's pricey though. I was in a fat loss/boot camp and they recommend this, but not to heat it. They say it looses it's health benefits when heated. I'm not sure if that's true or not.
