These things are great! I am 55 ive been going to the gym to stregth train to help with my menopausal issues. I unfortunately have acasional leakage a sudden cough or sneeze here and there and now with weight training. I can work out with confidence they stay in place even through sweaty workouts. I have zero irritation and I am very sensitive in the area. They are thin and long enough for the protection I need, i am plus size gal so i need a little extra coverage length wise they are not super long they fit just right in your undies,So plenty of coverage not like panty liners or bulky pads so much better , dont even know ypur wearing them , i have added this product to my subscribe and save. I highly recommend!

Not sure why but it's almost impossible to find incontinence pads with wings so they bunch up or move about making them much less effective? Although more costly than normal pads the wings make these absolutely worth it (on Prime) IMHO. They are good quality, soft & comfortable. Sized same as a period pad. Quite absorbent considering how thin & discrete they are, suitable for a modest leak/laughter spurt.

They had the surprisingly hard to find level 3 pads. I usually have to suffice with the level 4 pads. Efficient, they work, and the delivery was discreet.

I buy these by the case . Easier that way . These are just as advertised. They fit good in your underwear, don’t move and are perfect for those little aha moments
