I bought this gateway to be able to remotely read my electrical and water usage. The software that it uses is very poorly designed and does not have any stats about your past usage. In addition, the seller has contacted me directly with a request to pay a yearly subscription to connect my devices. This was never disclosed on the Amazon item page or anywhere else, but when I tried to return the product, the seller provided a partial refund. I would not recommend this item unless you want an annual charge.

Easy to install. Perfect submeter solution!

That type of technology is incredibly cheap nowadays. There is no sense in charging so much for such simple devices, however uncommon they are yet. Where is the competition? One could easily build something similar with a microcontroller (like arduino) for less than $10.

Great customer service and meters work well. Significantly less expensive than some alternatives. Super low yearly fee for each meter. Installed in a commercial setting. Meters really are plug and play.
