Ford Mustang 2005 thru 2014 with Shaker 500-1000 Must Have !!!!!!
The Pioneer subwoofer fit in my 2012 Mustang convertible without spacers or cutting the door panel to fit them, they sound much cleaner and deeper sound than the factory 500 watt subwoofers did and changing to these speakers also eliminated the rattle from the door panel, the factory door panel itself is a sealed speaker box and these sub woofers are perfect for those door panels I’m extremely happy with them. I only had to make two modification for them to fit the door panel, pioneers have a plastic cover around the speaker magnet which is held on by two Philips screws, ONCE REMOVED and cut off the 2 Plastic Guide pins on the door panel and the 4 little guide pins off the back of the speaker cover (not the trim ring) they popped right into the door panel with zero issues and the factory speaker cover and trim went right back over them keeping the car looking clean with a stock finish. These will fit in most factory subwoofer locations, AS FAR AS WIRING THEM, each speaker has 4 wires, the white wire with BLACK stripe is the Negative on one side of the speaker and the white wire with the BLUE stripe is the negative on the other side of the speaker, you will see the back of the speaker on each side has a wide spade that is (+) and the small spade is the (-). I used a speaker tester to pop the speaker to see which one is + and -.

Perfect for upgrading subwoofer in 2024 Mustang B & O system
This is a very easy upgrade for your 2024+ Mustang with the B&O Subwoofer. Only took about an hour or so. There are youtube videos all over on how to do it. Basically, remove the sub box by taking the 3 bolts out, very easy, unplug rear wire. You have to pop off the trim ring, which has 6 clips on it that can break easily. i broke 3 of mine but it still went back on with no issues. Remove speaker. You will need to use a dremel to remove the plastic lip at the top. Take tin snips and cut a notch on new sub at each bolt hole that way you can reuse the factory screws. You can buy the wire adapters here on amazon so no cutting of factory wires, about $10, they say for jeep but they work. I got about 8 oz of polyfill on amazon and put in the sub box. Put the rubber gasket around the opening that comes with the sub to seal it. put it all back together. Sounds so much better instantly. Im sure adding an amp and bigger sub give more boom but this is fine to keep it factory looking and a better sound from the system. If you dont have all the tools needed you can buy them all on amazon, which is what i did and it made it easier-Dremel, tin snips, wire adapters, polyfill. Mustang 6g and mustang 7g have links to install and youtube has more up to date videos that make it pretty easy. I was hesitant to try it at first, but it was really easy and sounds so much better for a $60 or so subwoofer.

Biggest surprise in audio in my 46 years!
Hell of a suprise! I remember the old IMPP Pioneers from the early 90’s and had good memories, I went to JL and American Bass, Other brands and just didn’t want to spend big money for my 2 10’s in my daily driving truck. So I bought these and put them in a ported enclosure not expecting them to be louder than the mid line subs they replaced. These 10’s sound better with the same amp and same box than the MUCH more expensive 10’s they replaced! I actually had to turn down the amp!

Good subwoofer
Delivery was quick. The item looks and feels of good quality. I installed this to replace a busted subwoofer on my truck. It fit perfectly fine. I had to cut the coonevtor and use bare wires as that was what my truck worked with. Not an issue on this speaker. I wish the holes were a bit easier to line up. Perhaps a small jig to help one person install. It had good power range. The sound was nice and deep. I recomend it for the money.

Value for money, replaces oem at a fraction of the cost.
I used this in my Toyota tundra 2008 limited, it replaced the woofer of the factory fitted jbl system, to replace a busted woofer, fits directly in the original housing, works exceptionally well

They sound great, bass you can feel! Yes, it’s an 8 inch!
I’m very impressed specially for 8” subs. I bought a pair of these dual speakers. Since these are 2ohms, to match my amplifier…series were the way to go. It’s plenty loud, it’s hits hard enough to feel the bass mounted on a custom sealed box using the manufacturer’s recommended cubic inches and I tuned gains on my amp before any distortion from these subs…it’s amazing how well it is performing.

Perfect for 4th generation 4Runner JBL replacement.
Worked perfectly to replace the blown subwoofer in my 2003 4th generation 4Runner with the JBL system in it. To save you time the black and red wires are the positive wires. The green and yellow are negative. The woofer mounts at an angle to get the holes to line up.
