This product was really a life saver. Going through perimenopause really made me feel like I was losing my mind. I really wanted this to be my miracle pill as I get a lot of side effects from birth control, can’t up my Lexapro because it makes me too sleepy, but need help with my PMDD. Unfortunately it gave me acne! I have great skin so that’s an instant no for me. I will say it did help my mood in the brief time I took it.
