This product did not hold appropriately the weight of the blackout as it should have. When buying, be sure that your weight handling expectations ar far below of the one they declare on the advertaisement

Pleased with the product, just the shipping loose in a an envelop is not the correct thing to do, zero information, hence 4 star

Exact replacement for my worn and broken Rollease shade clutch; and, lowering & raising shade is once again smooth, effortless and secure. Item arrived as promised within a couple of days of submitting order.

Original equipment replacement for a broken shade clutch. Installed in less than 2 minutes. Only issue was that it did not include a new chain stop. Since that is a $0.02 part, I was surprised. Our old chain stop was broken so I ended up 3D printing a replacement. But if you don’t have a 3D printer, then suggest making sure you buy one on Amazon or Home Depot or wherever in case you break the old one trying to transfer it to the new chain.
