Works Wonders For Me
This has been a favorite of mine for years. I always had it on hand when I lived in CA and when I moved to PA it wasn't available. Thank goodness for internet and Amazon! For many years, I got migraines and upset stomach. The Hanson's Grapefruit Soda worked as a tonic and relieved my nausea. I'm not really a soda drinker, but when I want a refreshing change of pace, I grab a Hanson's Grapefruit and of course when I feel a sick headache coming on, I sit down, relax and sip on the grapefruit soda. I don't feel guilty when I give my grandchildren a Hanson's Grapefruit Soda on occasion (no caffeine). After fifteen years of doing without it, this soda is now a permanent staple in my pantry.

Pros and Cons (it's a good mixer that saves money)
Although I tend to side with Warren Buffett in his loyalty to Coca Cola, there's something to be said on behalf of Hansen's Pomegranate. But first the NEGATIVES: 1. the flavor is merely inoffensive and pleasantly sweet; 2. the amount of genuine pomegranate juice in each can is the equivalent of homeopathic remedies, which claim cures when the anti-venom is diluted by a ratio of a million to one; 3. viewed outside the can, Hansen's Pomegranate Soda is a pure, transparent, white color, making it highly improbable that the imbiber will fantasize he's drinking pomegranate juice with its healthful Omega 3's.Now for the AFFIRMATIVES: 1. the flavor is noffensive and pleasantly sweet; 2. there's an insufficient amount of pomegranate juice (if any) to produce the puckered lips and shuddering expressions that come with gulping a mouthful of ultra-tart POM pomegranate juice ; 3. the drink is pure and transparent like club soda, making it a perfect mixer with Seagram's 7, or a brandy and sweet (popular in Wisconsin); or a shot of POM juice (for Omega 3's without the mouth-wringing, face-wrinkling effects of swallowing the stuff neat). Finally, the price isn't bad, especially with Prime, and its 130 calories won't make you as fat as Coke's 140 (or Pepsi's 150). Moreover, with Hanson's Pomegranate, only one can per day will most likely satisfy the most hardened, addictive soft drinker.

Change The Picture!!!!!
I ordered this item because the picture shows that it is a Blue Sky Sugar Free Soda. The product is actually Hansen's Cherry Vanilla Cream Soda sweetened with cane sugar. I was looking for a sugar free soda because I am a Diabetic. I was very disappointed!

Would not order again.
I would not buy this again for two reasons: The first reason is that it doesn't ship well. One can burst during shipment, and several were dented. The second: The key lime taste is a bit bitter. I really enjoyed the lemon-lime soda Hansens used to make, which seems to be unavailable now.

No actual grapefruit juice...
I was disappointed to find that this soda doesn't contain any actual grapefruit juice - just 'natural flavors'. It's still definitely good soda (not overly sweet, nice tart taste) but I'd give the nod to Grown Up Sodas' grapefruit flavor or the San Pellegrino Pompelmo variety over this one.(Also - probably obvious to most people who actually read the product name, but 24 cans of soda is quite a lot, at least for someone like me who only drinks 2-3 per week! Expect to be drinking this for a while.)

my favorite in the whole wide world
Our local market carries only the root beer, cream soda, and the orange.I love the Pomegranate soda and the Mandarin Orange/ Lime Soda.We do buy their Root Beer at the market ... great for floats!I like the two flavors above because they not as sweet as most soda, are very refreshing and taste of the named fruits. If you are used tocolored sodas, drink from the can because these have no artificial coloring.Hansen uses real cane sugar, not that awful high fructose corn syrupthat so many of us are trying to avoid and keep away from our families.I don't think you can go wrong with any of their flavors!

More perfume-y than before
Hansen's Soda is an occasional treat at our house, with the key lime and mandarin orange being our top two picks for their refreshing, fruity flavor. However, on recent purchases, the flavor has become more and more artificial tasting, with the key lime being the biggest offender. It sometimes taste like you are swallowing club-soda-diluted-perfume. While the price is still great, and more of a bargain on Amazon especially with the subscribe and save option, this drink will not be in our home again any time soon. After we go through the last 20 or so cans we have...
