Cotton Modal Pointelle Knit Cap Sleeve Waltz Nightgown

I wrote a review thinking it was for another purchase which was defective and awful. This nightgown is wonderful. I received a gown an Eileen West gown a few years ago as a gift and it's become one of my favorites. So....please disregard the previous 1 star rating. This product is more than a 5, as far as I'm concerned.

I ordered a medium but it was HUGE. I'm 5'4", about 128 pounds, so a small really didn't seem realistic especially in a nightgown. The neckline on this one was so wide and gappy that it slid right off my shoulders.

The fabric is very soft, and it is thick enough I don't have to worry about itbeing see-through. It's very comfortable to wear, and is pretty.

This nightgown is made well and fits very loose. It is soft and easy to wear.

This is 60% cotton and 40% modal. I had no idea what modal was. This nightgown is kinda like a tshirt material. Not what I wanted or expected. My other nightgown is more like a soft bedsheets material and that is what I was looking for. If that's what you are also looking for avoid modal I guess. Otherwise it looks pretty and well made. I did not try it on. I am returning item.
