A great bread-baker but you must heed the instructions!
Produces superb bread. But you must ensure the dough is well dusted with flour on its bottom and sides or else it sticks to the ceramic - which is exactly what you are told to do by the manufacturer. This aspect improves with use - again, this is in the instructions. I use it all the time now, having used a variety of tins etc. in the past.
