Rockport Men's City Smart Chelsea Boot-

They get points for looking the part and being comfortable but they don't feel like quality boots. They measure well on heel height, opening circumference and shaft height but they're lacking in weight. Most Chelsea boots will weigh in at 17-19oz, or just over a pound. These boots are 14oz. They're light on your feet but they feel a little flimsy - the leather is very thin (almost plasticky) and the soles are a lightweight rubber. Slightly thicker leather would make them much better boots. If you appreciate things that just feel well-built, these might not be the best option for you.

Wow, these guys are almost lighter than an Adidas... oh that's right, they are made using Adidas technology. Great on ice, no slipping, however these weren't meant as a winter hiking shoe. I live in Alaska and when I must traverse an icy walkway or car park the soles on these boots won't "let me down".

I bought these to go well with a pair of slacks, or a nice pair of denim. Just at home with a polo as it is a tie. The material is delicate, however. So you may want to be conscious of where you rest your toe if you have a habit of hooking it under lips and ledges. I highly recommend. They look great.

I think this is a little too large for me (normally wear a 14) but I'm not sure that a 13 wouldn't be too small.I wish the heel was more square cut on the front but that's my only real criticism.

Unable to pull on boot. Ring on back pulled out as it was not attached.Return was easy, and hope replacement will not have any problems.

Far too narrow for my foot and I really don't have a wide foot (8 E width) but I just could not get my foot into the boot, maybe someone with a narrow foot would be OK.

A lightweight great looking Chelsea boot. Look s good with jeans or suits. Well made Rockport construction, even though it's made in China.

Good fit. I was wary of it because of the lack of adjustable laces or clips, but the elastic on the side stretches just perfectly to fit my feet. I'm on the thin side, so I end up wearing rather heavy-duty socks (not the thin dress socks) to make sure the boots don't move around too much on my feet.
