Mr. Boddington's Studio: Chicago ABCs

If I was judging this just based on picture quality, this would be a home run. I love Mr. Boddington products and was prepared to love this book, especially since we live in Chicagoland and I want to build special memories of it with my toddler. The content however is average at best and downright weird at times. The uninspired word choices made me decide to return it after one read through, especially since we have other Chicago ABC books that are more clever and reminiscent of the city. If you want this book just for the aesthetic quality, knock yourself out. Otherwise make a different selection, in my opinion.

This is the best of the 4 ABC city books with illustrations but Mr. Boddington! The illustrations are beautiful and each letter was very creative. Love having these for my kids. Definitely recommend.
