Good Read
This is a very good book. She is able to really make you understand her relationship with her father. It was a different era back then. Once I started reading I couldn't put it down. I could envision all she talked about. She not only captures her relationship with her father and mother well, she also explains through FBI documents what things her father was doing in relationship to what was happening to her at the time. She's a strong woman despite her nervous breakdown. Who wouldn't after a life she led. But she was a very strong person to keep going! Good Book!

Read the book
Written by Sam's daughter. Touching after all these years, she still longs to know who is responsible for this still unsolved mystery. How about a sequel?

Some of the stories are interesting and good
It is amusing to listen to Antoinette complain about how unfairly her father was treated when he was running around being an abusive and violent guy himself. I did like some of the stories, and I think her ghost writer really helped keep things moving.

Very Immature, Self-Absorbed
Just finished the book. It drips with self-pity. She has said she "is just like Sam." True. She takes no responsibility whatsoever for her behavior, her affairs, her alcoholic neglect of her children, her abortions... really a dislikable person to spend so many pages with.
