This product really helps me , I feel cleansed!

I used this for the short term cleanse. The bottle says 1-2 capsules at bedtime for up to 15 days. I opted for 1 capsule since it was my first time taking this supplement. It’s been 13 days and for me, the 1 capsule was plenty for me to see results. It took no time to get on a schedule. No negative side effects either; no cramping which can be an issue for some people with stomach supplements. It’s always great to have a natural option that actually works. I would recommend but of course, always talk with your health care provider first!

This product works well. The only reason for giving it 4 stars is because I am not sure if it is because my system is backed up or what, but I personally have to take at least 3 of these in order for it to be effective. I love that like unlike other colon cleanses that I’ve tried, this does not give me those awful cramps. It really just flushes you out and helps to give that relief. I’ve felt lighter and surely lost weight as a result of the cleanse.

I want to say first, this is great! I took 1 capsule at about noon on the day I got them and then before going to bed, I took 2, about 2 A.M. They made me have a lot of gas but they helped to clean my system so far and I'm looking forward to the next couple days of use. I had no diarrhea with these like I've had with everything I've used in the past. They seem to just soften it up and help you go. Anyway, it's a great product and I'll more than likely buy more when I run out. Thank you Nature Craft!

I’ve used this product for a month, as recommended. I’ve gotten back to my normal (ideal) weight, with no side effects. This doesn’t necessarily suppress my appetite, which I’m thankful for. I love eating healthy. What it does to my body basically is cleanse my colon over night, balance my bowel movements, and then get toxins out of my digestive system. I don’t necessarily feel significantly lighter in my stomach after a month (and I’m sure if it should), but I’m sleeping much much better at night — not in a way that sleeping pills make you sleep but in a way where I feel less stressed, more relaxed. And I’ve been eating well, also. I would eat whatever but I didn’t gain weight. Truly amazing. Would highly recommend using this.

Tried it because my regular product didnt ship fast enough. Got this overnight. Didnt work. After taking for a wk, situation remained unchanged. Went back to my old product and was fine in 12 hours. Do not recommend.

I’m recovering from anal cancer. Every night I have a prescription stool softener that I take, similar to MiraLAX. I wanted to try a pill to see if that would be as effective. Well let me tell you, this works better than my prescription! So fast and easy...no cramping, grumbles, or noises! I started with taking Two at bedtime and now I only take One. For me, it’s definitely working the same. I highly recommend this product...even if you only need it occasionally. It will work overnight :)

Simply love this product! Having an extremely sensitive stomach and my husband the opposite, I was interested to see how it works. It works so well for both of us, no side effects. Total natural and leaving you feeling cleansed!
