Great quality!
This bag is great, just the right size for a small kit on a belt or bag or vest and has plenty of room to fit essentials and can be used for many different things. Material feels very durable and looks great. If your in the market for this it is a must buy for the price!

DIY IFAK pouch (kit not included)
I have one of these on the back of my battle belt and one as an EDC lashed to the molle of my daily backpack. I like to save money and build out my own IFAKs and these are a great inexpensive option for just that. I know that being able to reach an IFAK with both hands is important for a lot of my tactical bros, so I will add that for the one on my battle belt, it is easy to reach around and unbuckle the outer buckle and then rip it off of the hook and loop with either hand.

Compact and Functional, But Smaller Than Expected
I recently got the LIVANS Tactical EMT Pouch for my emergency medical kit, and while it seems to be of decent quality, it’s much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The pouch is well-made, with sturdy zippers and a rip-away design that’s perfect for quick access in emergencies. The MOLLE system allows it to be easily attached to my pack, making it versatile and functional for outdoor activities like hiking or travel. However, the size was a bit disappointing. I was expecting something with a bit more room to hold essential first aid supplies, but it’s compact, so if you plan to carry a lot of gear, it may not be large enough for everything you need. That said, it’s still a great option for anyone looking for a compact, organized solution for keeping a small first aid kit on hand. Overall, while the size isn’t ideal for heavy-duty medical supplies, it’s a solid choice for minimalist emergency kits or for keeping just the essentials with you during outdoor activities. If you don’t need a ton of space, this pouch will do the job and seems to be built to last.

Great little pack. Perfect size
Item is honestly great. High quality material. Zipper is nice, good Velcro. I would consider swapping my other ifaks to this as well. Light weight and comfortable on the belt. I like the black but the red looks nice too. Maybe if I had to give constructive feedback I could use more mesh organization pockets personally but that is a small gripe. Fits everything I need it to

The size
It’s bigger than I expected. Nice medium sized med pouch definitely fit an advanced IFAK, but it doesn’t come with anything. As your IFAK should be based to you. You’re not a medic, remember that.

Great size. Tq loop is too small. Very solid pouch
1st: I am no expert in any way, doubly so when it comes to IFAK/CLS topics. TLDR= Over all I think it's better than the price suggests. I'm not disappointed nor pleasantly surprised. Would recommend Details: -The pouch seems to be built well enough to be used as intended. -The material and stitching are good but not " fine work". - It's big enough inside to fit all the items pictured below (basic IFAC with some extras) with a little extra room as to keep the contents from being damaged by being crammed in. -The retention strap doesn't really tighten down as much as removes it's own slack. -The loop on the bottom that is implied to be used as a TQ holder is too small to be used as such and is not stretchy. -the "handle" used to pull pouch off of the carrier doest really fold out of the way, it will likely snag on stuff. I was able to roll it and tuck it slightly between the pouch and carrier, but with heightened activity it will come out and snag. (I will likely modify the handle)
