This is an easy and effective cleaning solution. Well worth it and keeps my coffee and machine excellent. Great service.

Ran two pods and the full bottle through my 8 year old nespresso machine and it saved the appliance from being replaced.

Product description is a little confusing, i.e., "2 Use Descaling and 4 Cleaner...." And a tad pricey at about $20. However, if this will help me get through about one year of cleaning on my Nespresso Essenza machine, I will be satisfied. The cleaning pods do fit my machine, and the instructions for use, on the box, are very clear. Will update this review later if I change my assessment. My only issue is the cost, given how small this kit is.

I am lazy about cleaning my nespresso. It had been a year without descaling (oops) and I was worried the hard water build up wouldn’t come off. But this kit fixed it! It was easy to use: simply empty into the water tank, fill it up, and run the water through a few times with some waiting breaks in between. I collected the output from the machine and used it to soak the removable parts, and those came clean too! I also dipped a rag in the solution and wiped anywhere else with buildup that hadn’t already cleaned. After descaling I did one of the cleaning capsules and the machine looks like new. I live in an area with really hard water and this kit was up to the job. I’ll definitely purchase again.

This kit was a God-send that saved my ailing Nespresso machine from the death throes of me not having descaled it in a year. Before I used it, the machine was making squealing, moaning, wheezing noises, the buttons were getting stuck and it was in Nespresso hospice. Figuring I'd destroyed it by not descaling, I had low expectations for my 11th hour resuscitation attempt. But to my surprise--after figuring out the instructions with a magnifying glass (probably why I'd avoided it for 2 weeks after purchasing) and overcoming my award-winning, razor's edge procrastination to dive into the 15 minute deep cleaning process--all of its "SAVE ME" ailing symptoms were gone and my machine is back to life, as good as new! No exaggeration. Facts. Excellent kit. Happy Nespresso family, once again.

I need to say that I don't know if I use it properly. The instructions are written very small letters. I have problems with my sight so I think I did not use it on the right way. But that is my problem. My way has everything you sell a very good product.

Gents, have you ever been in a public restroom and heard a middle aged man walk in and start trying to relieve themselves and it’s immediately apparent they have prostate issues? The whole weak flow, sputter, start and stop routine? That was my nespresso machine. It wanted to brew my beautiful, rich espresso, but the flow was more of a sputter even on a good day. This kit entered the chat. I was skeptical. But after using the entire bottle of solution in the water reservoir and using one of the cleaning pods, followed by another 2 full reservoirs of fresh water after I cleaned out the reservoir with soap and water…we had flow! My espresso is now brewed with a renewed vigor not seen in years. Not since my nespresso machine was new has it sounded this healthy. I was initially thinking it would be a waste of money and a gimmick to even try this. I figured I’d just buy a new machine to avoid the headache. I can’t fathom waking up with feral young children without caffeine so I was ready to hit order. I think if I use this cleaning kit once every few months and make sure I use purified water only in the reservoir to reduce any scum build up, this 5 year old machine may still have life left to live after all. My wife threatened to leave me if she didn’t have a working nespresso machine so from the bottom of my heart, thank you for saving not only my nespresso machine, but my marriage.

Works as good as expensive nespresso liquid
