Good value for the money

Easy to install hasp lock, didn't have any issues and the screws all fitted.I got two sets and I tested the keys and they don't open each others lock, so yes they are individual locks.They also can't be opened with something like scissors so they pass as fair security.What I wasn't expecting is that by just turning the catch right the lock is automatically locked and you will need the keys to unlock.Might not be an issue for anyone but I had assumed you would be able to turn the catch back and forth so it was just shut or actually choose to use the key to lock it in place but nope it would be very easy to mistakenly lock the catch with the keys stuck inside the draw/room.For us, the default will be to have the latch open but turn the catch down so it is essential "locked" (open). Then we will get the key out to specifically unlock it so we can then lock it when we wanted (or at least we will do this until we have a couple more spare keys in backup places).

Amazing lock, daughter now 4 can open door now when indoors I feel worry free knowing she would need the key to open door which she has no access to.Also door frame is very slim, this lock is small but mighty, did use washers (not provided and my own screws for extra hold through the door.Will recommend

Fora perfectly and very easy for installation

Bought two of these to hold my garden gate closed (one at the top, one at the bottom). The locking mechanism works well and they’re easy to install. The only problem is, they bend far too easily. To the point where I’ve had to put a heavy item on the other side of the gate to stop them bending further when it gets windy. Perfect, perhaps, for a shed. But no good for a garden gate. A few sharp tugs and its would come off - or worse, the wind will rip it off.

Bought as an additional lock to the exterior of garage rear door.Didn't realise the 12cm length included the hinge part which then folds behind the hasp.A good hit with a hammer would remove the locking mechanism so not sure how this is 'heavy duty'.Also you cannot unlock and remove key ... you need to unlock, pull hasp onto key, relock behind hasp and then remove key. Unsure if this is a feature to stop you leaving key in lock and once you get used to it is not really a chore. To lock is the reverse of above.
