This is my second elite controller. The first one, from Microsoft had problems from day 1. This one came and everything works perfectly. Feels great in my hands and is very responsive. Definitely recommend if you want a great controller.

Was going to get my partner an elite controller through the design lab, but I saw this color and was well worth it. They send it in the original box and looks amazing. Definitely worth it, she loves it!

Finally an Elite Series 2 in my color. The case is a charger you can charge in case or out of case. All paddles and extra thump sticks and pad. Everything looks good. My Elite Series 1 lasted about 6 yrs of daily play. Hopefully this one lasts as long. As you see in the pictures. I play a lot. *UPDATED- I had an issue with the thumb stick. I contacted the seller within an extremely short amount of time I had a printable returned label sent to me. EXCELLENT SERVICE 10/10. Very impressed. Thank you!! Everything back and working. Customer service experience fantastic.

Fit and finish on this thing is perfect. It feels so good in the hand, excellent quality. All the buttons on mine work perfectly ( at least for now ) no DOA buttons or weird things. The custom faceplate is bright and has a very nice matte quality to it. I use this on PC and the Xbox app worked perfectly. I use the windows Xbox wireless adapter from Microsoft not bluetooth. The Scuf controller I had previously had a problem with connecting in general and pretty much had to be wired for it to work and it wouldn’t detect as Xbox but only as X input controller. The sticks being quick disconnect/magnetic is amazeballs. I don’t have to worry about damaging the stick trying to pull off the stick and push another one on. And did I mention how satisfying this thing is to hold ... it’s like the first time you pick up a real 1911... after shooting a cheap one. Now let’s see if it stays this nice...

Super badass controller! The dragon is like lightly engraved into the controller and it has that slick feel to it, BUT $300?? I will also say its not worth 300 if yk someone who makes controllers, talk to them first.

I literally opened the box and could tell from the second I plugged in my USB cable, something was jacked about this controller. Xbox gem button never lit up in 15 min of messing with this thing, but for whatever reason this was the only button that actually seemed to work. The D pad was unresponsive and ALL main XYAB buttons were as well. The only other input that kinda worked was the left joystick. After trying to update this controller by using my current controller, (cause how else would you with no working inputs...), I tried to mod the controller in the native mapping software by adding profiles. This literally caused the cursor to have legit seizure like level of button firing and selection flashing...this was OUT OF THE BOX!!! Either their "great" quality controls are a total crock of BS, or they just turn around and flip returns on others. Avoiding this maker going forward. Back to mainstream high end controllers or Crazy Controllerz.
