So far, these have worked to deter woodpeckers from my roofline
I mainly needed these to deter woodpeckers from the soffits and fascia of my roof. These are expensive, especially if you need a lot of them, but so far they have worked to keep them away, and I’m able to mount them vertically or at a slight negative incline with some silicone adhesive, and the gel doesn’t leak or spill out. While several boxes can add up to a lot of money, it is worth it in the long run to protect the roof and stop paying for repairs. These do not seem to deter pigeons. They will land next to them and step around them, but they don’t like to roost there, so if I space them on ledges about 6 inches apart, that tends to keep them away too, but that is a lot of discs to buy.

Not effective if a Robin keeps making attempts to build.
Useless against Robins. Put them up yesterday afternoon on heater mounts under a covered outdoor area. By 9AM today the Robins had almost finished building a nest directly on top of one of these. Back to stuffing a large plastic bottle up there. Just wish I had taken a pic of the nest instead of getting rid of it and cleaning the heaters with beach wipes while spewing vulgaritys at the birds that were watching me from 20 ft away first.

They Work
We've had birds making nests on top of posts on our porch, and were unable to discourage them. I put up metal spikes designed to keep them from making nests, but they made them between the spikes. A few weeks ago I put one of these on top of each post and they appear to be working in keepings birds away. They seemed expensive but are worth it.

Birds have disappeared
I have a covered porch and birds like to nest on top of the porch light. Birds disappeared within an hour after I put these up and have not returned. So far they have stayed in place a month, they smell like Citronella and are very sticky.

It works!
I have these beautiful tall trees that wrap around my deck. I love to sit on my deck but the birds would run me off. I do not like birds and i have a bird phobia and we had 100s of birds in those trees. They made my deck nasty with all the poop. I put these around the deck and within 3-5 days most of the birds are gone. I did a double wammy! I also used round silver disc and hung them in the trees as high as i could i even put one in the upstairs window. It works

Works if you buy a large quantity
The birds have still built nests within a foot of the pucks. You have to buy a lot and line them up in order to keep them out.

Fagedaboudit! WAY TOO PRICEY, MESSIEST PRODUCT EVER. GET BLOW UP POOL GATORS INSTEAD!
1) Who knows if it's working? Maybe spa gators keep birds away IDK. I couldn't believe it when I sawwhat this really was. Would not order again.2) Biggest, gloppiest mess you will ever deal with! Have alcohol and paper towels ready.3) Removing plastic tops difficult. Plan on broken nails or cut from the knife you resort to using4) This is highly sticky jelly type stuff with glitter mixed in, setting in 12 3-inch plastic discs, withouteven perforated covers5) Only suitable to place on high ledge where kids or pets cannot reach. Disaster if they touch one ofthese messy discs. Seems like disaster if birds or squirrels get into it!!! Their wings would be a mess6) Once the rubbery gluey glops you place on bottom to secure these to a surface melt inAZ heat, imagining it running all over the place.7) Seemed like a greatidea at the time . . . but IMHO this stuff is a horribly messy solution to keepingbirds away. It's messier than the bird doo.away.

Product does not repel birds. Do NOT waste your money.
I was really hoping that this product would work, as we have a terrible bird poop problem on all of our exterior decks and pool area. Unfortunately, the repellent disks do NOT have any impact on thwarting away birds. The birds literally perched right next to the disk and pooped, over and over again. It took me a while to actually install the disks, from the date of my original order, so I am outside of the Amazon return window. I contacted the manufacturing, through the Amazon website, to request a return and provided them with my photos. However, the manufacturer would not entertain any refund request. I was told they have no way to access Amazon orders, so they cannot issue a refund. This seems very odd, as they are an Amazon vendor. I offered to provide a copy of my Amazon order receipt, but was still told no. Do NOT waste your money.
