These are a lifesaver for me, have been doing keto for a few weeks now, and it’s going well but I miss the convenience of just being able to grab something before training etc. I got the chocolate sea salt ones and I really like them, they are chewy and not dry like lots of these things. A nice chocolate flavour and a nice treat. Just wish they were cheaper!

Wow. This bar is so good for you, and actually tastes amazing too. It’s super filling,(because of the insane amount of fibre, 13g,) doesn’t affect blood sugar, and gives me such a burst of energy!! For hours. And I swear it’s lifting my mood too. Possibly that’s the caffeine from the cacao, but maybe it’s due to some other ingredient.It’s delicious, I bought the chocolate one but I’m going to try the others next. I’ve tried a lot of protein bars and this is THE BEST macro wise and taste wise, hands down. It’s low sugar and low saturated fat which is unheard of with protein bars. I usually have one (or two) with a cup of tea in the morning. I get why it’s so expensive. I’m sure that all the superfood ingredients like Lion’s Mane also explains why I feel so good on these.Definitely recommend!

These were actually really tasty. Right amount of sugar and chocholate for me. And more importantly did not break me out of ketosis. And they're vegan!!! Will defo buy again.

Taste nice and seem healthy. They're a bit expensive for their size and the ingredients shown in the product pictures are wrong - they are sweetened with polyols, not stevia (at least the ones I received), so watch out if you have a bad reaction to polyols.
