I gifted these to my partner for Valentine's, and they loved them! We have different love languages, and that can make things challenging from time to time. I wanted to gift them something that would show that I do think the world of them, even though I'm not always able to express it verbally the way the like. So after searching, I came across these! And I have to say, it was a pleasant experience for me as well. To sit down and think of multiple things that I wanted to share with them, to write reasons why them make me smile and why I love them... it really put things in perspective and gave me a chance to reflect on how far we've come. As for the nitty gritty... It's at a good price point, in my opinion. The items included - glass jar, slips of paper, rings to keep the paper wrapped, and capsules - are all inexpensive on their own but it would be a hassle to collect the materials yourself. This kit makes it easy, and looks adorable. It's something that isn't out of place on a desk or bookshelf, and isn't that just darling? It's a fun concept that is great to share with loved ones, whether they be romantic, platonic, or familial. I will definitely be revisiting this product in the future!

Super cute and was a perfect present for my mom. They even give you extra rings and slips of paper in case you lose any of them. As long as you have relatively small and good handwriting writing on these shouldn't be an isssue. I'm considering getting this for other friends and family members! Just an all around perfect present for someone you love a lot!

very cute. got way more than 25 capsules in my jar. the downside to that was that i didn't get enough paper to fill all of them. i thought about just not filling the remaining capsules, but the jar did look partially empty without all of them. i ended up just cutting strips of printer paper with my paper cutter and it was not a big deal, but wished the number would have matched. i did not use the gold rings to keep the paper rolled. i just rolled the paper up and stuck it in the capsule. not sure what the point of those were. they're tiny, annoying to put on, and doesn't help the paper fit any better. probably included to justify the price, which has gone up $2 since i bought it. still fairly inexpensive at just under $10, but not sure i would pay more for it.

I got this for my fiance's birthday, writing cute little messages in each capsule and organizing them by color, making each color a different thing, such as pick-up lines, cute quotes and jokes. I thought it was a really cute gift idea and had a fun time writing all the messages! Though he's only read 2 of them and doesn't really seem interested in the gift, its a good gift idea for those who enjoy reading cute messages! It comes with the cute little pills, the bottle and the small pieces of paper to write on. The box does warn not to push down on the cork too much as it could break the bottle and I wouldn't be surprised if it did as the bottle is very light and very thin, holding it in my hands I feel as though i could accidentally break it if i grip it too hard. The pills seem pretty durable, I accidentally rolled over one with my office chair after spilling the bottle out onto the floor and I was able to push it back out and it only had a bit of a dent that wasn't really that noticeable. The paper is very small so its really hard to get longer messages on them so it'd be better to keep them short and simple unless you have really small handwriting. Overall this is a great product that i really enjoyed preparing!

I got this to gift to my fiancé! The glass jar comes in a box with all these little "pills" inside already with a cork top. It's pretty simple to explain; these plastic pills come with a small piece of paper inside them with a gold ring around the paper to keep the paper rolled up. You simply pull the plastic pill apart, take the paper out, slide the gold ring off and unroll the paper. Then you can write or draw whatever you'd like in it, roll it back up and stick it in one part of the pill. Then take the pather part of the pill and push them together to put the pill back together. Simple as that. For my fiancé, I wrote all sorts of notes! Some were things I love about him, some were spicy, and some were things i thanked him for and appreciated about him. He loved it when I gave it to him! We call it his anti-depressant prescription! He opens anywhere from 1 to 5 whenever needed or wanted. After he opens them, I keep the ones he's already read separate from the ones he hasn't. So that way when he finishes the bottle, we can take all the old notes out, and I can wrote new ones for him! It's always fun when he opens them because we never know what kind of note it's gonna be! Definitely a great, cute gift for anyone!

I gifted this to my son & wife for Christmas. He loved the cute prompts as triggers to plan variety dates with his wife. The idea is great and the theme is a great idea but I think the packaging for a gift could be enhanced. It was ok for dating and party ideas and fun but looked cheap.
