IT WORKED! Saved me over $9,000
First off... be prepared to get real messy and throw away the grease gun when finished.PRO: Saved about $9,000 from professional quote. Professional job was no warranty either since houses can resettle in my area often. BUT LEAK HAS STOPPED! Crazy rains in Broomfield, CO this year. I'll be the first to update review if leak starts again. Have about 1/2+ bottle and 10 more fittings if needed. Took about 3 hours by myself.CON: It's a 2 person job... the grease gun will not hold onto zirks by themselves. The grease gun leaks bad when you try to add the last amount per directions. Foam seals up and you will push chemical out the seals of grease gun. The gun is a one time use, so hurry and do all the zirks in one-go. Also, the bags on inside of gun are a major PITA. Have to really position so it doesn't cover inside of grease gun. Lastly, I'd pump in a massive amount the first time, but only one time if had to do this again.

Did not expand and ports don’t seal
Foam only expanded 2-3 times despite being stored at 70F prior to use. Ports did not seal in CMU block wall. May work better for poured concrete. Either way with both problems and messier application I will ask for a refund and suggest you save money by drilling narrower holes and just buy a standard can of expanding foam with a straw.

Better than what the professionals use
This stuff rocks! Sealed a stubborn crack in my concrete foundation that a well known company couldn’t fix after several tries and years.

The product seems to work very well so far, ...
The product seems to work very well so far, however the directions should be improved to indicate the zerk heads should just protrude the wall surface (about 1/2") for later removal with 8mm deep socket and a flush finish masonry repair. Also, during my repair, the plastic liners tore and cause the gun to leak while injecting. This created quite a mess with the very fluid resin leaking from both ends of the gun, therefore be sure to have a tarp to cover all work surfaces and appropriate work clothes. It does work where hydraulic cement had failed and stopped a persistent foundation shrinkage crack with an active leak.

Absolute Answer to Leaking Foundation Crack
This product was the absolute perfect answer to my fine cracks in the foundation of my home. It filled 3 / 42” cracks with ease and I haven’t had a single leak since. All of them actively leaked with heavy rain or snow melt.

This time it didn’t work
The liquid destroyed 3 grease guns and did not work as intended. I used this before and it worked great but this time it only made a mess. Waste of $300

Acta-leak does not work
Bought this and followed instructions. The gaskets on the fittings did not expand enough to allow fittings to seat tightly in holes. Emailed mfg but they did not help. Can’t return so now out the cash. Not happy.
