Have used this over the years. Always good to have on hand if you get a station loading up on water in their tanks. Also works on frozen gas lines. Great price.

My car was hard starting when it started to get really cold outside. Even though gas doesn't freeze if there's water or anything else in the gas it will. I'm sure it was the injector cleaner I put in the tank a month before that might have froze ? But I put in a bottle of this HEET and filled up the tank and it was a different the next morning. Starts right up now ! The best $3 dollars I ever spent. Bought 6 more !!!

It works well when used for its intended use. Also, it's about the best fuel that I have found with a small alcohol burners. Burns very clean and produces almost no soot. My go-to choice for fuel for my trangia kit.

Protected well against icing up

I’m using this stuff for my boat motor. Outboard Yamaha 200. I’ve been battling an issue with condensation in the fuel tank, which eventually makes its way to the motor, and the end result is not good. I’m located in the SC Lowcountry so you can imagine how humid it gets here. I was advised by multiple mechanics who specialize in marine motors, they said to not waste my time trying troubleshoot bc I’ll probably never determine why it keeps happening (we have ruled out water intrusion - it is definitely condensation forming in the fuel tank). Instead, they advised to start using this fuel treatment on a regular basis. On average, I add 2 bottles per month. More during the hot humid months, less during the winter. And guess what. Problem solved. At $2 per bottle, I feel like this is a deal of a lifetime. Getting stranded bc of stalling due to water in the fuel is NOT an enjoyable experience. Trust me. This stuff is a life saver.Also - to the reviewer who is complaining that the container states "12 oz" but it only weighs 11 oz - you obviously don't understand the difference between FLUID ounces and WEIGHT ounces. The bottle holds 12 FLUID OUNCES.
