I like the Bio prebiotics… once it’s in your system you can feel the difference however, using prebiotics alone doesn’t work; you have to use it with probiotics to get the full effects of this product.

I take a number of medications that tend to slow my gut down, and this is the best product to correct that! It's very effective but not crazy like a laxative. I take two a day and everything works just fine.
