Wonderful little guys! Super happy with purchase.
This company has their stuff together! The first order came with a good number of dead ladybugs. I emailed them, they contacted me very quickly and sent me another order. They are all alive, appear to be healthy and ready to eat! Totally worth every cent. Super easy to let go. I have had great luck with ladybugs in the past. They worked great on my magnolia scale and found some aphids I didn't know I had.

Good value for the dollar.
These cute little critters arrived in a very timely manner. Delivery was swift! They have a pleasant smell just like your hands did after catching lightning bugs as a kid. I enjoyed taking them out that very night (if released during the day, they tend to fly away - When released at night they search for the bad bugs/aphids to eat and then stay and rest during the day before searching for more the following night). It was fun just sprinkling a few at the base of my garden plants, blueberry bushes, peachtrees and blackberry bushes. I obviously got a LOT more than ordered. It is so neat to have such cute little bugs and yet they do so much to protect your garden. It had rained earlier in the day so there was plenty of moisture so no need to irrigate beforehand (you might need to do so if you have a dry spell). Instructions and an information sheet are included. I look forward to seeing how effective they are. Their function is twofold: kill the bad bugs and look really cute. I am not sure how they counted them but I got at least twice as many as advertised so it was good value for the money. Plus, they will lay eggs for future gardens in the yard. YAY LADYBUGS!!

Perfect for the garden!
Loved receiving these guys in the mail! Came very quickly and the ladybugs were still going strong. Easy to release them and they climbed out pretty quickly! Just left the bag opened in the garden and the next morning, they were all out!

Alive and energetic and hungry for aphids
All ladybugs were moving and ready to fight aphids in my garden. I have already released them and I am looking forward to much fewer holes in my leaves, much healthier hostas, zinnias, cup/saucer vines, marigolds. What a nightmare the aphids were. The aphids rebounded after multiple treatments with bon-neem. I should have gone straight for the ladybugs. Some crawled on my hand as I opened bag to release. They do not bite people. They go forward looking for their aphid target. I bought hippodamia convergens which should be active at lower temperatures (zone 5b in may is 60 degrees). Very happy with their energy.

Alive and healthy!
I will purchase from this company again and can highly recommend their product. I ordered 1500 ladybugs and I would say approximately 98% of them were alive. Originally we had a small problem with the first order that I received. It was not the 1500 ladybugs that I had ordered. I contacted them and they happily sent me another shipment of 1500 ladybugs. The first shipment was approximately 250 ladybugs and they were all alive. And then the second shipment of 1500 ladybugs as I said earlier were about 98% alive and kicking.

Most of them survived.
I got these ladybugs to let loose in my garden to eat the aphids. It took a week to receive the ladybugs. I was surprised they arrived in just a regular cardboard box with a note saying live bugs. There was no packaging to keep the ladybug’s cool or insulated. I was waiting for them so when the postal worker brought them, I retrieve them right away so they would not sit in the hot sun. I kept them cool until night time and then let them loose. I was surprised that there was only about 30 dead ones, out of the 1500, because I worried that they had been hot as they traveled from across the country to get to me. but luckily, most of them survived.

Fun, but expect casualties.
The ladies arrived in the afternoon and the mail carrier brought them right to the door. Apparently the ladybugs inspired a lot of speculation at the post office with the employees wondering what we were going to use them for. When I opened the box and removed the bag, I saw that several appeared to be dead, though the majority were crawling around inside. I released them onto our roses and blackberries. They crawled out of the bag, often using the drawstring to cross over to the plant, but the dead ones were dumped out. I’d say 15%-20% were DOA, the rest were very lively and curious. A day and a thunderstorm later, they all appear to have left.

Went right to work!
They arrived all alive- they looked nice and healthy and went to work right away. I did give them a spritz of water when they arrived and then let them drink then put them in the fridge. I would say they are easy to release. I will definitely be buying again
