Ricoh 400759 AP600 Toner Cartridge Type 115

Cartridge works great right out of the box, arrived on time. I'm very happy with the product. Overall a good choice and price.

We had ordered a new product and when this one arrived it showed to be used. All test copies came out with black streaks and sticky toner stuck to roller.

Best deal; I'll probably get my next one from Amazon. These are not refillable by anyone I could find, but the cartridge had a prepaid return for recycling. The printer has problems, but if you already own one, this is the place to get your refills.

The media could not be loaded. Installed new toner but left dark streaks all over the paper. I'm so glad we did not get rid of the old cartridge for when we re-used the old, no streaks. I contacted Taken by Supplies and received an immediate response saying we will ship a new one out which was extremely positive. The replacement came the next day and as you can see in the video., not great. As soon as I opened the box, a puff of black toner jumps out. I contacted seller for a full refund. As of now, I have not heard back.

It's a factory toner...works 100%. That's not my complaint. My complaint is the cost of this toner compared to how the other manufacturers have consistently cut their own prices. Stinking gouging is what it is.Company that shipped it did a great job...they deserve 5 stars...Would buy again from them.

The seller offered this item, then retracted it after my order was placed. I needed to order elsewhere, wasting my time with that first order. Now I need to watch my credit card to make certain I wasn't charged for the unfulfilled order. Wasted effort.
