10 grams of protein.,no sugar and carbs… and absolutely delicious too! Just be patient and let it all dissolve while stirring periodically…doesn’t take long. I mix it with one bottle of water and have it daily. So yummy!

Could taste a little sweeter, however it’s also fairly tolerable regardless. Easily mixed with something sweeter no problem.

I feel that this is a good product and did get adjusted to the taste, but that effervescent taste is something difficult for me to stomach. Don't skimp on the water though! I tried that and didn't feel that it helped as much when I mixed it with less water. However, more water does not dilute that taste either. The flavor isn't bad, it's just that effervescent flavor that made me look for another option.

I’ve tried all 3 flavors and for me the Blood Orange and the Melon are my favorites. The original (lemon lime) isn’t bad but it’s a strong flavor. Melon is super sweet but definitely a smoother taste, the blood orange is my favorite. Keep in mind, I am taking it with exactly 8 oz of water, the flavor was probably be better with more water but I take it with my supplements and want only a few gulps. It does give me a nice energy boost as well, I can tell when I’ve skipped a day. Compared to other greens products/super greens supplements, it may not have the most nutritional value but it definitely tastes the best. Plus I eat a lot of fruits and veggies on a daily basis so I don’t need the super greens.

I really had high hopes for this but I just can't do it! The first time I tried I drunk it all down and felt like I wanted to throw up a few hours later. This is my second time trying it (a week later) took a sip and had to put it down.. This is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Do people really drink this?? I know some stuff that is good for doesn't always taste good but this it to much!! I wish I could get my money back!!
