We have had a 12' trampoline w/net from SereneLife for almost 2 months but it has endured the rough treatment my four kids will give to any products. All four children (21, 16, 14 and 6) have used it regularly and we caught my wife using it on several occasions as well. This was the only trampoline we could find that would arrive before my daughter's birthday (I am sure due to the influx of purchases from the pandemic), including stores within a 100-mile radius. It was difficult to track the ship date (not like Amazon) probably also due to the pandemic. It took my daughter (14 years old) and I less than two hours to assemble. The instructions were clear and concise. The only tool needed was the hex wrench that came with it. All parts were complete to include tie downs for strong winds or aggressive jumping (I have not used them). This is a durable and sturdy product but I am able to move it myself when I need to mow the lawn. Built with durable steel tubing (not sure of the gauge), I felt the manufacturing and construction were going to be adequate for our activities as I assembled it. I work as a construction inspector so examining products and assemblies similar to this is what I do on a daily basis. Three kids (16, 14 and 6) can jump on the trampoline at the same time without any side of it lifting or the trampoline shifting in place. I have no safety concerns (and neither does my wife) and have seen my children "test" this product extensively. *This is an outstanding product manufactured and built with quality materials. I am 100% satisfied with the quality and cost. I would recommend this trampoline to my friends (told my brother about it as well) and neighbors and have been very pleased with our purchase. This is a great product for the price.

Speaking as someone who has purchased several trampolines for my kids over the years, the quality of this trampoline is excellent. Unlike other trampolines I’ve bought, this one feels substantial, the build quality is by far the best I’ve seen. I bought the large, 14’ trampoline and it holds up well to several kids bouncing on it at once. There is plenty of room for when my daughter has her friends over. The frame is solid and the mat has good spring to it. A couple adults can even bounce on the trampoline and it feels just as strong and supportive. I like the curved bars outside the netting because the kids don’t even come close to hitting them if they tumble against the netting. The design of the trampoline feels safe and I have confidence that they are as safe as can be when bouncing. The springs are covered to protect hands and feet from them. The trampoline feels well made and built to last. Assembly is required of course but it wasn’t a difficult or lengthy process. My kids were so keen to get it set up what we were able to put it together in about an hour. I have some super happy kiddos.

We bought this trampoline for my 10-year-old last month for her birthday. It came exactly when promised. It was on sale, at a reasonable price and it got very good reviews. We bought the 12-footer. My brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and eldest daughter assembled it in about 2-3 hours while my husband and I had the birthday girl out for birthday breakfast. It was relatively easy to assemble. It is very sturdy. Says it will hold 352 lbs. I like the legs on it and how they are in an L shape. I also like the security zipper on the netting. The springs are strong. My daughter absolutely loves it! We also got the trampoline sprinkler, which you hook up around the top of the trampoline, and the kids can jump while getting sprayed with water!!!! It is a HOOT!!! Perfect for the Summertime!!! I don't know who thought of it but it's Genius!!! Totally her best birthday present...Hands Down!! By Far!!! My Husband and I Totally Rock as parents right now!!!

It was very easy to assemble even for me and all by myself. I am 71 year old male and put this together by my self. It took a little redneck engineering to get it assembled because the tubes were not bent to the exact specifications. All in all it is a good product. 8year old grand daughter is loving it. It seems to be plenty sturdy and is easy to move around. Made a good choice on the product, it's early yet to see how it holds up.

Assembly is pretty easy (1-2 hours for one person) but the instructions could be better (I think it was translated from another language to English poorly). We've had it for 3 months and it's been regularly used by a 60lb 7 year old, 160lb 12 year old, and sometimes 230lb adult so it's well constructed. My 160lb 12 year old just recently damaging it by using it irresponsibly. I contacted the manufacturer and offered to pay for replacement parts for what he damaged. Not only did they send all parts needed free of charge but shipped it for free with tracking from UPS. They even shipped a 2nd order for another part I didn't realize I needed. The customer service rep was amazing! Her response time was quick and she helped me from beginning to end, emailing to check and see if I received parts and how everything went. Would rate this company 100 stars if I could!

We’ve had our trampoline for a little over a year now, and it has held up extremely well. No rust, no squeaks, no fading. Assembly wasn’t nearly as bad as I had expected. The assembly tool, the tie down stakes, and the pad and enclosure are all excellent. This is really a nice product. We recently incurred some damage on the unit (no fault of Serene Life whatsoever), so I contacted customer service to purchase some replacement parts. After speaking with their VERY good service dept (special thank you to Denise, you are awesome), Serene Life mailed me the replacement components for FREE. This was over a year after purchase, and damage that was OUR fault, mind you. You literally cannot beat that service. If you’re on the fence, rest assured, this is a quality product, sold by quality people. A+++

Extremely happy about this purchase but not because it is a great trampoline that was easy to set up, and made the kids happy on Christmas (which all are true). It is because like some purchases online, sometimes there are issues out of everyone's control and a part might need to be replaced. In this case, there was a small tear in the padding around the trampoline. I took a few pics, opened a ticket, and in less than 15 minutes had a replacement pad on its way to the house. Their team quickly dealt with the issue and followed up to ensure we were happy with the resolution. Would definitely suggest using them for future purchases.

Just assembled the trampoline. While the instructions could be a bit more detailed, the assembly itself is pretty straight forward and I was able to complete it (alone) in less than two hours. The most time consuming part is getting the safety enclosure up. The trampoline looks to be pretty sturdy. Yes, it could be made heavier, with thicker safety pads, etc. but for the price the value is pretty good (this is a good recreational device, not a piece of professional gymnast equipment. So far my 8 year old daughter loves it and has plenty of room to bounce around. I also appreciate the four tie-down anchors and straps which should do the job nicely.
