These inserts were one of 3 brands recommended by my podiatrist. I'd recently messed up the tendons in my feet. Very painful. If you supinate, these are for you. They are instantly comfortable with no adjustment time. They save my life every day. Now, they are on the thicker side, so they may not work with some of your shoes. They work just fine in my athletic shoes, but not in my dress shoes. But! Because they work so well, I'm likely to buy shoes a half size up now just so I can use them. I think the additional half size will accommodate the additional depth needed. Some of you will hesitate at the price. They're comparable to all others, and they work. You're worth it.

I love these insoles. They’re the best I have found for my high arches. The price keeps going up and up and up. But overall, I think they’re a good value. They’re very nice quality very durable fit perfectly and enabled me to walk 4 to 5 miles a day without any pain.

I have trouble with my ankles and this insert really helped me. Great durability, thickness and support. However, I think they are over-priced.

These are amazing! My Podiatrist told me to get them. I can walk for hours and not have the pain in my heel. They fit great in tennis shoes if you take the padding out. I will buy some for my sandals this summer.

These really are good for high arches. I had plantar fasciitis and they help me when I am doing heavy labor like lifting or hiking. I don't where them just for walking around and standing, I use smaller arched inserts for that.

These might be good for you, but please heed my warning. I have collapsed arches and over pronation. After inserting these into my work boots and wearing them for a few weeks I developed severe pain and swelling in my right foot. THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT CAUSE THIS ISSUE IF YOU HAVE NORMAL FEET. However they certainly did not help prevent it. I’ve since switched to KURU foot wear and this does not happen. Again this product will not hurt you, but there may be better options for you. Please consider looking into those options, and if you have specific concerns, talk to a doctor.

I just got these, but initial impressions are positive. I have very high arches, resolved plantar fasciitis, which morphed into waxing/waning plantar fibromas. I stand and walk a lot for work. I've been using Superfeet for years - specifically (and the best for me) have been the Superfeet Run Support High Arch insoles. And those are great. A quick comparison - these insoles have a MUCH higher arch and the arch is a bit further forward to the toe. So for me, this insole exactly molds up into my arch and provides support I've only ever gotten with Birkenstocks. So bottom line - if Birkenstocks work for you, these insoles are probably a good fit for you as well. Longer term results remain to be seen.
