I’m sure it was my fault for not reading completely but this product didn’t come with a battery or charger. H

They used a review of the product that was in accurate, stated that it came with a charger and two batteries that were included so I ordered it when I got it on the box. It’s a tool only no battery no charger on it so I went back to Amazon where I got it. Re-looked at the description said it was included. Then I continue to scroll down past the videos past the pictures all the way to pretty much the bottom of the ad from Amazon and then it came up with a box to what’s in the box? tool only, it’s a bit deceptive to use a description like this. It says it’s included when it’s not so. in the future, I will definitely read and scroll all the way to the bottom looking for a box that says what’s in the box. Would’ve never bought it would’ve bought a snowblower somewhere else. cost me an extra 200 bucks for a set of 2 batteries and a charger. But I guess this is how they pick up extra money buy selling charger and batteries separately could’ve got the whole machine for hundred dollars cheaper somewhere else with batteries.

Works great for about 10-15 min. After that small amounts of snow cause it to stop

First of all, the description does not mention it needs 2 batteries. Second, we put 2 batteries in, the charge only lasted barely a minute before it stop working. We went on like this for 15 minutes and gave up. We had to shovel the driveway because the machine was useless. I am disappointed we wasted this much money on a crap machine, can't get a refund because the return window closed. Now we stuck with this garbage. Do not buy this particular unit. Get gas instead

It’s ridiculous that this has no included battery. The description says it has a battery. Then the descripyion says it doesn’t have a battery. Plus it’s not clear what battery you should buy. This is probably going right back. Lame.

It doesn't come with the battery. So I ordered the battery and it hasnt arrived yet. The only update I have is "running late" which basically mean: "It aint coming." I can't run this machine without a battery. Now I'm past the return window.

Amazon site didn't say this was without batteries to start. Then when I got batteries, it requires 2. They say it won't work with a 4.0 AH and a 6.0 AH battery but only with 2 4.0 AH batteries. The one 4.0 AH battery I purchase was bad and they finally said they will replace it but I need to get a second one at my cost. 2 batteries as long as the same voltage should work together without problems. Was on phone for over 4 hours finally asked for a refund but they will only do it via store credit. So beware of Snow Joe

I bought this snow joe and was unhappy that it did not come with a battery like everyone else. Got the machine and bought the batteries and it worked like crap. Contacted snow Joe for support and with their help we resolved all the issues I had. The snow blower does an awesome job of clearing snow. Light fluffy stuff/ heavy wet stuff it does it all. Super happy it all works now :)

This snow blower is very light, definitely not for Canadian heavy snow. But is good not to damage pebbled driveway. Only good for fluffy light snow .

Get 4A batteries though…

Je n'ai jamais réussi à faire fonctionner cette machine en continu, le courant se coupe constamment. donc impossible pour moi de déblayer la neige même lorsqu'il y a à peine 2 cm de neige poudreuse, j'attent une réponse de ma plainte de la par de SnowJoe
