Excellent quality and price
I started using this filament a couple of years ago in a Prusa i3 Mk2 (now MK3) printer. I have found the quality excellent, with no problems of any kind. Yes, it is made in China, but you wouldn’t know it by the quality. E-Sun’s PLA pro (PLA+) is significantly stronger and more flexible than the regular PLA I previously used. I use it to 3-D print model airplanes. This is a very exacting process because the parts print with only one perimeter of filament. Any problems at all with variance in diameter or layer bonding and the part will fail, or have the wrong weight. I had many problems printing airplanes with other brands of filament, even premium US and European made filaments at nearly twice the price. Ever since I found E-Sun it is all I use. Their PETG filament is also excellent. There’s really nothing bad to say about this stuff and you can’t beat the price.

Wonderful color, but stringy and out of tolerance filament diameter
I love the color, but this filament is a pain for me to work with. It strings more than PET, loves to ooze so much I had to reorder my print start gcode (prusa mk3s) to keep the extruder at 180C until the bed leveling is done. I printed temperature towers at 5C increments and and found that the best temperature doesn't eliminate stringing, but just reduces it to a manageable level. I also had to tune my retractions, which only helped a bit more.I noticed some under and overextrusions on prints that I don't see with PET or other PLAs, leading me to start double checking everything. I found this filament had very poor diameter consistency, varying as much as 0.2mm on a 1-meter run of filament! Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I don't think I'll be purchasing again. I love the color, but the material properties this "PLA Pro" do not come close to outweighing the issues. I'll stick with PET.

Excellent filament!
eSun PLA+ is one of my go-to filaments for a variety of reasons. The Olive Drab prints the same as the other colors I have tried so far which includes Cool White, Black, and Purple. Their PLA+ filament is stronger than standard PLA and gives me consistently good prints. They include a sheet with every roll that has tips and more importantly informs you that you need to print it a little hotter than normal PLA. With my setup I find 215 C is good temperature. They have a wide variety of colors and I haven't come across a bad roll yet. If you are looking for something a little stronger than standard PLA then I would highly recommend eSun PLA+.

Don’t purchase!
This is the worse filament I have ever purchased. It is not wound correctly and so it ends up tight/in a knot on the spool and you have to manually try to pull out the line while it is running or pause your print and then cut out the part that is over the beginning of the filament because by the time you pull it out it kinks/bends and can’t be put thru the extender. In all years purchasing thru Amazon I have left a handful of reviews.... but this is pathetic

Not Vacuum Packed and Not Sealed
I purchased eSUN printer filament that is supposed to be vacuum packed with desiccant but I got an item that had evidently been opened and returned so there was no vacuum bag or desiccant. The filament absorbs moister from the air and ruins the print quality.Edit: I tried using it but 10 feet into the spool it was all crossed up and broken at one point. Ruined a tray full of parts.

Annealable and very strong
It's possible to anneal this filament and it feels very strong after the process.I used it for heavy duty functional parts, alongside PC and Carbon Fiber pieces.

The Army green I was looking for
Excellent filament, army green, love it. I print at around 215 and I like a hot first layer at 75 - 80, 58 after that. Makes great looking low gloss prints, I paid full price for this and would easily again. It was the army green I was looking for.
