This is the best tasting decaf I’ve ever tasted. It is freeze dried, but it taste better than any fresh brewed I’ve had. If you go and read all the info about it, you will see all the care they take when they process this coffee. They check every batch for toxins and mold, they decaffeinated using the Swiss water method, they put it in glass jars, not plastic. They say to use one to 2 tablespoons of coffee per cup, but I only use one level teaspoon for an 8 ounce cup, sometimes a little less. So even though it’s a small jar, it lasts a couple of months, making it a good value for the money. It’s so easy to prepare. Usually I put a lid over the cup right after I pour the hot water in and let it “steep” for only about a minute, but not always. Even though it’s light roasted, it tastes so rich and smooth and never bitter. At first, I thought it was expensive, but compared with other decafs and especially the way I make it 1 teaspoon per a cup, it’s really not. I finished my jar and decided to go back and finish some other coffees I have on hand (coffee beans and a different high quality instant) but they’re just not as good. As I get older, I realize that life is too short to not drink the coffee I love the best.

Purchased to take to my son’s house because they drink cold brew and I don’t want to brew a pot of hot coffee in the AM just for me. I usually hate instant coffee. This organic was delicious. Heated water in the electric kettle and had a coup of coffee in 2 minutes. Highly recommend for travel, camping etc.

I'm not a huge fan of instant coffee or decaf but when this product was recommended for quality flavor, I decided to give it a try. It's easy to prep - teaspoon or two with your desired level of hot water, wha-la, coffee. It actually tastes really good (more of a Colombian / medium roast vibe) and while I don't get the jittery high of caffeine, I get to enjoy the aroma and taste. Use two teaspoons if you would like a stronger brew. Overall, this will easily go into my coffee rotation.

I've been using this for years for the smitten kitchen chocolate olive oil cake recipe. If you haven't done it yet, keep this product on hand and make the cake. It's even better the day after! Plus coffee is good too!

I've become a fan of Dalgona coffee as an after-dinner treat, but hated the taste of generic Taster's Choice instant coffee. It was also keeping me up at night. Reading the reviews, it looked like folks liked this brand. It seemed rather pricey for the size of the jar, but I liked that it was fair trade and organic, so I decided to splurge. I'm so glad I did! It's got a tang but it's not bitter. I gave it 4 stars only because it is pricey, but I will likely be buying this again.

This is one of the best tasting instant decaf coffees my husband and I have ever had! It’s not bitter and seems to have low acidity. We have both switched to decaf in the last year and this definitely helped us wean off of caffeine.

I get tired of brewing coffee and like the taste of this instant. I've been using this brand for the past year and found that even though it's higher priced, I prefer it over other less expensive brands. I'm sensitive to caffeine so only use the decaf and feel better using the Swiss water method. Buying this is a good choice.

This is fantastic instant decaf coffee. Thanks for making such a blend. Now can you somehow get it into the local stores like QFC. Don't know why it is almost impossible to find good instant decaf coffee... But it is. The local QFC sells your awesome normal coffee. Just my heart can't deal with it. At least Amazon carries your more than decent instant decaf.... Push the product please. Threre are lots of terrible versions of instant decaf coffee on the shelves. This is a winner. It takes up 2" of additional shelf space.
