Hanging Closet Organizer for Lightweight Storage

We have been using it for 4 months when the top tore like previous posters. Really loved it up until that point.****Edited. I emailed the company after posting and they responded within an hour and a half! Here is some of what they explained and are giving me a choice how to correct the situation at no cost."A bit of background for you .... we do several inspections throughout the manufacturing process and even still, very rarely something gets past us. And this is exactly why we have our satisfaction guarantee. We really do mean that we want you to be happy with your Panda Panache products.Earlier this year, when we began seeing a few negative reviews coming in from purchasers who also experienced a similar rip on their organizers, we pulled a sampling of our current stock and put it through some additional testing. Sure enough, we uncovered what appears to be a sewing defect along the top seams. The percentage affected in our test sample was less than 1% but it was still disappointing.So much so that we went back to the design stage and re-vamped how the top and sides are sewn together. The new organizers will be more reliable and we’ve even included a free gift right in the box. The new stock will be available shortly."I'll update when the new one is received. So far, I'm super impressed with this company!

Great unit for the kids closet. Very study and holds a lot. The only downfall is the cardboard pieces, or whatever they use to make the shelves sturdy doesn't go all the way back on the shelf, so there is about a 3-4 inch gap at the very back of the shelves that things tend to clump in. Other than that its perfect. Holds the babies diapers, the older kids coloring things and their jackets and haven't had a problem with it falling or becoming a slouching mess. Would consider buying another.

I purchased this item originally back in April 2016 prior to the birth of my son. Initially it was a great otganizer for my infant's lightweight belongings and a nice way to keep the closet in shape and decluttered. However after only 6 shoet months of true use, I experienced what other reviewers had, and my organizer ripped at the top rendering it useless. Before airing my disappintment publicly on an Amazon review, I chose to contact the seller. Boy am I glad I did! Mel was AMAZING and this company totally stabds by their product. Turns out it was a problem with a lot of the organizers made around the time mine was. They have since improved the sewing and quality of the stitch and explained that this shoukd no longer be a problem. They instantly provised me with a promocode so I could order another organizer at zero cost (even though I was well outside the Amazon return policy) and did not require me to send back the defective unit.

I was so excited to get this product and really liked it, it fit what I needed perfectly and was convenient for my kids to get to their clothes. My biggest complaint is that after having used it for just over a month it has now completely ripped at the top and no longer hangs at all. For the price I would have liked something that lasted much longer, the $5 hanger I was using before lasted 1 1/2 years. This product had the possibility of being so great but just wasn't durable enough.

I received one of the units from the bad batch and could not be more pleased with the customer service provided by Phenomenal Living Int'l. Mel, the service rep who responded to my email regarding the damaged unit, was friendly and helpful and immediately had a replacement unit shipped to me at no cost along with a little laundry bag that's perfect for baby things or delicates.As for the organizer itself, it's perfect! It has more pockets and shelves than I know what to do with and I love the two smaller shelves at the top for baby shoes, bows and other hair accessories. Highly recommend this organizer not only for the functionality but because it comes from a great company. This would make a great baby shower gift!

I originally gave this product a 1 star review - primarily because it fell apart in less than 6 months. I am now changing my review to 5 stars based on the customer service provided by the people at Phenomenal Living, in particular Mel Anderson. I loved the design and can't wait to get the new one! I posted my poor review and within 2 hours I had an email explaining the defect in the original one and offering to replace it. I just placed the order! Thank you again! You have a life long customer!!!

So disappointed to find storage shelf to have a huge rip at the seam across the top. The whole thing is about to rip in half. Only had a few months. Seemed to be durable material but apparently that is not the case. If you purchase make sure not to fill as it obviously cannot hold much weight at all which sorry of defeats the purpose.

Perfect storage space and fits in the closet nicely!***After about a week, week and a half of buying this, the organizer did rip at the top seams, however I am keeping my 5-star rating, because I contacted the seller and they discovered the problem and fixed the design on top so it doesn't rip. They sent me the new design with a free laundry bag. I have been using the new design for a month and a half and it works great! No sign of ripping and is working great.
