Diary of a Harry Potter Addict Paperback – July 15, 2011

Diary of a Harry Potter Addict is a book we as a Harry Potter fandom can relate to on so many levels. The whole Post-Potter syndrome is very true in every aspect.I was laughing almost throughout the whole book because it's all so true! Every Harry Potter fan can agree with the author of this book that our obsession with the franchise will never go away. I bought this secondhand but it's a terrific addition to my collection. I recommend every Harry Potter who has experienced post-Potter depression to buy this book. Trust me, you're going to need it to feel better.

I laughed, I cried (with laughter), all that good stuff. Truly, truly funny, engaging and even understanding, well worth the price of admission. I only wish it was longer...or had an interactive website to go with it. Wait, it kind of does? On Facebook, you say?! Well, then, there you go. Perfection. If you, like me, do miss the world of HP, but feel kind of stupid because you're a grown-up and all, this is the book for you: I kid you not. If that is not a good enough reason to purchase, please be aware that much of the proceeds from sales are being donated to Japan's post-tsunami animal rescue efforts. Good Karma AND a good time.

Being a Potter fan, I read this thinking it would be funny, and it was. I liked it, despite some of the other reviews it got. It is very, very short, but the premise of it is just funny.. I mean, how can someone be that addicted to Harry Potter? All the ways this person deals with their "addiction" and the end of the Potter novels and film saga are just so creative and funny. It's a good read if you want to giggle a little.

A cute, short book that any person who agonized over the fact the Harry Potter series ended can be sure to relate to! A quick, fun read that my oldest daughter totally understood, as she is a diehard HP fan who re-read the series multiple times just to relive the "good times" :D

This was pretty funny and kept me entertained. I didn't put it down for too long, but it also is kind of a cautionary tale on the amount of money we spend on things. It brought to light things I didn't even know about. A good book for any Harry Potter Addict.

I myself am quite a Harry Potter addict. Parts of this book were funny, but other parts drug on a bit. I'd say it's worth a read if you can't get your Harry Potter fix any other way, though

Easy read and fun for any die hard Potter Fan. A book for all ages of fans who miss the World of Hogwarts and beyond.
